在酸性溶液中,铁离子与亚铁氰化钾反应生成普鲁士蓝,体系的共振光散射强度增强,从而建立了测定亚铁氰化钾的共振光散射光谱法(RLS).在λex=λem=315处,得到一个共振散射峰,其强度与亚铁氰化钾的浓度在4.0~30μg/mL成良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.999 1,检出限为4.0μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为1.85%~3.05%.该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,对实际样品进行了测定,得到了令人满意的结果.  相似文献

建立了溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下,用间甲酚紫(CP)为探针测定核酸的新方法,在HMTA-HCl缓冲溶液(pH=4.5)中,DNA的加入使CP-CPB体系的共振光散射(RLS)增强,此RLS信号与DNA浓度成正比,fsDNA和ctDNA的线性范围分别为0.1-20μg/mL和0.1-50μg/mL,检出限分别为10ng/mL和26ng/mL。  相似文献

在酸性溶液中,亚铁氰化钾与锌离子作用生成K_2Zn_3[Fe(CN)_6]_2,体系的共振光振散射信号显著增强,体系在360nm处的共振散射光强度ΔI_(RLS)与亚铁氰化钾在0.074~18.421μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,由此建立了共振散射光谱法测定亚铁氰化钾的分析新方法。所建立的方法线性方程为ΔI_(RLS)=208.11ρ-0.5503,相关系数R为0.9994,检出限(3σ)为0.032μg/mL。该法操作简单、灵敏度高,用于食盐中亚铁氰化钾的含量测定,结果满意。  相似文献

利用光吸收和共振光散射(RLS)光谱研究了铝试剂(ATA)与蛋白质在水溶液中的相互作用.在pH2.50时,蛋白质可使弱的ATA光散射信号曾强.基于这种现象,我们运用RLS技术,建立了测定纳克级蛋白质的方法.该方法简单、实用、灵敏.BSA的线性范围为0.010~27.4μg/mL,HSA的线性范围为0.010~30.5μg/mL.BSA的检测限为10.7 ng/mL,HSA的检测限为10.2 ng/mL.对实际人血清样品中的蛋白质进行了测定,其结果与临床方法一致.氨基酸、金属离子或其它共存化合物的干扰很小.  相似文献

研究了用原子荧光光谱法同时测定烟草中的砷和汞,烟草样品采用HNO3-H2O2消化体系微波消化,然后用原子荧光光谱法测定.在最佳微波消化条件和测定条件下,线性范围为:Hg 0.1~150μg/L、As 0.1~200μg/L,检出限均为0.035μg/L,汞测定的相对标准偏差为2.8%,砷测定的相对标准偏差为2.5%,汞的标准回收率为93%,砷的标准回收率为96%,结果令人满意.  相似文献

报道了两种新型生化保健制品的制备及其营养特性.881-制品(儿铁晶)是富含天然铁营养素和动物蛋白的保健食品.营养成分和氨基酸组成分析表明:该制品含有17种氨基酸(色氨酸未测)和7种人体必需氨基酸.总氮量27300μg/g,铁194.0μ/g,钙862.1μg/g,锌31.9μg/g,铜0.35μg/g,而铅含量<0.13ppm,砷<0.07ppm,汞<0.03ppm.90天动物喂养试验及骨髓染色体畸变检查均未见异常变化,表明881-制品是一种防治营养缺铁性贫血症的理想保健制品.882-健身宝制剂是含有新鲜猪脾脏的生物化学抽提物.生物化学分析表明总含氮量3300μg/ml,肽含量624μg/ml,RNA44μg/ml,DNA86μg/ml,铁1.35μg/ml,钙6.30μg/ml,锌1.55μg/ml,铜0.07μg/ml,含铅量<0.07ppm,砷<0.02ppm,汞<0.05ppm.结果提示,882制剂是一种增进机体免疫功能的保健食品.  相似文献

本文研究了汞-锌试剂-聚乙二醇体系的显色反应,结果表明,该体系显色的最佳酸度为pH7.0,在聚乙二醇表面活性剂存在下,Hg(II)和锌试剂络合比为1:2,在610nm下有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.21×104,Hg(II)在0.5-5.5μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律.本法用于水样中Hg(II)含量测定,获得了满意结果.  相似文献

建立了一种快速、准确测定水中镉含量的共振光散射(RLS)方法。在pH=9.0的氨-氯化铵缓冲介质及表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,镉(II)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)可形成复合物,导致体系共振光散射强度显著增加,据此建立了利用共振光散射技术测定镉含量的分析方法。在优化条件下,依次加入0.40 mL的pH=9.0的NH_3-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液,0.10 mL的1.0 mmol/L 5-Br-PADAP溶液,适量镉(II)标准使用液,以及0.40 mL的1.0 mmol/L SDS水溶液,并定容至10.0 mL,于室温下反应10 min,在最大散射峰604 nm处测定共振光的散射信号。结果表明,共振光散射强度与镉(II)质量浓度在5.3~200.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S_d/K)为0.1μg/L。  相似文献

基于稀硫酸介质中,萘酚与溴酸钾、吖啶红等发生反应,并形成聚集体,导致体系的共振光散射(RLS)大大增强,从而建立了测定尿中痕量萘酚的RLS新方法.研究了体系的RLS强度的影响因素,优化了反应条件,并对反应机理进行了初步探讨.α-萘酚和β-萘酚最大的RLS峰均位于340 nm;α-萘酚的线性范围为1.85×10-7~2.30×10-5 mol/L,β-萘酚为1.29×10-7~2.40×10-5 mol/L;检出限α-萘酚为5.5×10-8 mol/L,β-萘酚为3.9×10-8 mol/L.该方法已成功用于人尿中痕量萘酚的测定相对标准偏差为4.80 %~6.10 %,平均回收率为98.40 %.与高效液相色谱法比较,结果满意.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
