一种基于KNN与改进SVM的车牌字符识别算法   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
提出了一种将KNN(K近邻)和支持向量机相结合的字符识别算法.首先用KNN对字符进行判断,如果输出的置信度大于阈值,则认为分类正确;如果小于阈值则采用支持向量机进行判决.改进了SVM分类器,通过调整支持向量机的分类超平面改进了支持向量机的性能.将算法应用到实际的车牌字符识别中,识别结果表明,这种方法在提高识别速度的同时,有效提高了字符的识别精度.  相似文献

植物启动子识别是真核启动子识别中的重要研究领域.针对目前植物启动子识别算法的特异性较低的问题,提出了一种基于GC碱基偏好分析和支持向量机(SVM)的植物启动子识别算法.首先通过对GC含量的分析将DNA序列分类为GC偏好序列和非GC偏好序列,然后进行结构特征和信号特征的提取,最后通过SVM分类器进行启动子识别.SVM分类器由四个SVM子分类器组成,即启动子-3’UTR子分类器,启动子-5’UTR子分类器,启动子-Intergenics子分类器和启动子-CDS子分类器.实验结果表明,该算法比其他算法具有更高的特异性,对植物启动子识别具有积极意义.  相似文献

基于粒子群优化算法提出了一种通过优化支持向量机模型参数,建立更佳的支持向量机数学模型的方法. 针对双螺旋分类问题,分别利用基于粒子群优化算法所建立的支持向量机分类器和标准支持向量机分类器进行了仿真实验,利用所建立的评价体系对仿真实验所获得的实验数据进行了评估,评估结果表明基于粒子群优化算法的支持向量机分类器明显优于标准支持向量机分类器,其分类结果表明基于粒子群优化算法的支持向量机分类器提高了分类结果的准确性,同时也验证了基于粒子群优化算法的支持向量机分类器在数据分类中的有效性.   相似文献

支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)是一种基于统计学习理论的新型机器学习算法.通过解算最优化问题,在高维特征空间中寻找最优分类超平面,从而解决复杂数据的分类及回归问题.将支持向量机理论应用到遥感图像分类的研究还处在初级阶段,传统分类算法应用于遥感图像分类存在运算速度慢、精度比较低和难以收敛等问题.从支持向量机基本理论出发,建立了一个基于支持向量机的遥感图像分类器.用遥感图像数据进行实验,并将结果与其它方法的结果进行了比较分析.实验结果表明,利用SVM进行遥感图像分类的精度明显优于神经网络算法和最大似然算法分类精度.  相似文献

提出一种基于一类支持向量机(one-class SVM)的贝叶斯分类算法,该算法用一类SVM对类条件概率密度进行估计以构造贝叶斯分类器. 证明采用高斯核的一类SVM,其解可以归一化为密度函数,并把该密度函数看作类条件概率密度的平滑估计,构造贝叶斯分类器. 实际数据集上的实验结果表明,提出的分类算法测试准确率高于简单贝叶斯分类器与贝叶斯网络分类器,不低于传统二类SVM;比传统二类SVM需要计算的核矩阵规模更小,训练时间更短.  相似文献

给出了基于支持向量机(SVM)1-v-1和决策导向无环图(decision directed acyclic graph,DDAG)多类分类算法的模拟电路软故障诊断新方法.DDAG是在1-v-1算法基础上构建的新的学习架构,在对多个SVM子分类器进行组合的过程中,引入了图论中有向无环图的思想.比较了采用不同核函数时支持向量机的分类结果.实验结果表明采用DDAG支持向量机(DAGSVM))多类分类算法时,诊断准确率为99%.因此,DAGSVM算法具有较高的诊断准确率.  相似文献

近年来,建立在统计学习理论基础上的SVM(Support Vector Machine)在小样本学习、高维数及全局最优解等方面具有独特的优势,因而受到广大学者的广泛关注.本文建立了基于稀疏的支持向量机的图像识别系统,并利用ROC(Receiver Operating Charaeteristics)特征曲线进行算法评价.首先建立了1-norm SVM算法,得到稀疏的SVM分类器,然后利用ROC特征曲线评价准则与传统算法进行评价.基于数字和人脸图像的数值实验表明,1-norm支持向量机在降维的同时,保持了较高的识别率,增加了模型的鲁棒性.  相似文献

以径向基函数RBF为核函数,根据测井数据建立支持向量机的地层识别模型(SVMM).通过对SVMM分类器中惩罚参数C的优选,结合生产工程需要引入判断函数,提高了SVMM分类器的分类正确率.试验表明:SVM分类器应用在地层识别中效果良好,而且具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
