针对复杂纺纱过程中成纱断裂强度难以预测的问题,提出一种基于粒子群优化算法(PSO)优化BP神经网络的成纱断裂强度预测方法.该方法采用PSO优化神经网络的权值和阈值,用来提高神经网络的收敛速度和获得全局最优解的能力.以纺纱车间大量现场质量检测数据为对象,进行预测验证,结果表明,PSO-BP神经网络在预测相关性(预测值与实际值的一致性程度)上与传统BP算法相比提高5.0%,与GA-BP算法相比提高4.6%,在预测精度上均要好于BP神经网络与GABP神经网络.  相似文献

 为解决沥青转运车螺旋搅料器搅拌特性建模困难的问题,运用人工智能理论建立了以螺距、叶片半径为输入,沥青混合料的离析率为输出的神经网络模型。为克服BP算法与粒子群算法(PSO)的缺陷,将L-M算法与PSO算法相融合的混合粒子群算法PSOLM应用于该神经网络模型的学习算法中。为避免PSOLM算法在全局最优值附近的搜索过程变慢,采用一种从PSO搜索到L-M搜索的启发式算法。仿真试验结果表明,与BP算法、PSOBP算法相比,该算法不仅对螺旋搅料器模型的精度和建模的效率有显著的提高,而且改善了PSO算法的全局寻优能力,提高了算法的收敛速度和计算精度,避免了PSO算法早熟现象的出现,为螺旋搅料器搅拌特性的建模提供一条新的有效解决途径。  相似文献

在对天津市需水量现状进行调查的基础上,分析需水量与相关因素的变化规律,建立天津市需水量预测模型.应用粒子群优化算法(PSO)对神经网络权值进行优化,建立PSO-BP神经网络,应用于需水量预测模型的求解.将PSO-BP法与传统的BP神经网络法的计算结果进行对比,前者的预测平均相对误差比后者低500/.结果证明,该预测模型能够较好地拟合天津市需水量变化趋势,PSO-BP方法比BP方法具有更高的收敛速度和精度.  相似文献

将粒子群优化的BP神经网络作为模型,参考自适应控制系统的控制器,把参考模型输出与系统实际输出的均方误差作为PSO-BP神经网络的适应函数,通过PSO算法强大的搜索性能使自适应控制系统的均方误差最小化.仿真实例结果表明,基于粒子群优化算法的BP神经网络自适应控制系统收敛快、精度高,有较好的网络的泛化和适应能力,能够很好地控制系统的输出跟随参考模型的输出.  相似文献

为了提高配电网单相接地故障选线的效果,提出一种改进粒子群(PSO)算法优化反向传播(BP)神经网络的故障选线方法。通过小波包变换(WPT)提取各条出线的零序电流暂态能量分量结合五次谐波分量、零序有功分量作为BP神经网络的输入变量,利用改进PSO算法优化后的BP神经网络完成训练并测试,输出选线结果。仿真结果表明,与BP、PSO-BP算法相比,改进PSO-BP算法收敛快、选线精度较高,且不受接地电阻、故障位置及相位角的影响。  相似文献

该文提出改进的PSO-BP算法在洪水预测应用中建立预测模型.以BP神经网络为基础,提取观测站往年平均径流量作为洪水属性.采用改进的PSO-BP算法对神经网络的各个参数进行优化,最后建立模型应用于流域观测站的洪水预报模型,叙述了PSO粒子群算法和BP神经网络算法,详细阐述粒子群算法优化BP神经网络的权值和阈值,得出最优的BP神经网络预测适应度值.通过实验仿真对比,结果表明此方法预测结果比BP神经网络算法和混沌径向基神经网络模型算法精度更高,提高了预测的效率.  相似文献

针对废水处理过程BP神经网络软测量模型受处理过程非线性特征影响,存在收敛速度慢、陷入局部极小点等问题,用改进的粒子群算法(PSO)优化BP神经网络,建立废水处理过程中出水化学需氧量(CODeff)与出水固体悬浮物(SSeff)的软测量模型(PSO-BP模型),并与基于遗传算法-BP神经网络算法的模型(GA-BP模型)及BP模型的预测效果进行对比. 研究结果表明:采用PSO-BP模型预测CODeff时,均方根误差(RMSE)、决定系数(R2)分别为3.995 5、0.640 1,而用于预测SSeff时,RMSE、R2分别为0.650 3、0.681 1;相比BP模型和GA-BP模型,PSO-BP模型对CODeff的预测性能分别提高了4.49%、0.44%,对SSeff的预测性能分别提高了40.11%、24.77%.  相似文献

针对传统的PSO优化BP网络的局限性,提出了一种混沌PSO—DV算法和BP神经网络的混合算法.该算法具有混沌算法的局部搜索遍历性,DE算法的种群多样性及BP神经网络的快速搜索能力等优势.仿真结果表明,混沌PSO—DV优化的BP神经网络应用于汽车发动机故障诊断,使得故障诊断的效率和准确率得到了很大的提高.  相似文献

机械钻速预测是优化钻进过程、提高钻井效率的关键技术,现有的计算模型主要建立在物理实验和理论分析的基础上,缺少对钻井工程实测数据的应用,导致计算精度难以满足复杂的现场需求.基于此,提出一种人工智能算法与BP(back propagation)神经网络相结合的钻井机械钻速预测模型.首先,利用小波滤波方法对实测数据进行降噪处理,并依据互信息关联分析优选输入参数降低模型冗余.其次,利用粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法实现对BP神经网络初始权值、阈值的优化,建立机械钻速预测新模型,并将PSO-BP新模型与标准BP、BAS(Beetle Antennae Search,天牛须算法)-BP及GA(genetic algorithm,遗传算法)-BP等三种模型进行对比分析.最后,根据实际工况对PSO-BP钻井机械钻速预测模型进行模型评价.结果表明,PSO-BP机械钻速预测模型不仅具有良好的预测精度,而且为钻进过程中提高机械钻速提供科学的参考.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
