陇蜀杜鹃枝条扦插试验

用不同浓度的ＡＢＴ２号生根粉溶液分别处理陇蜀杜鹃二年生嫩枝后扦插在沙土混合（１：１）的基质上；用同一浓度处理陇蜀杜鹃二年生枝条后扦插在不同基质上。结果表明：用ＡＢＴ２号生根粉溶液处理陇蜀杜鹃枝条，能显著提高枝条生根率，其中浓度以１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的效果最好，生根率达６６．７％，四种扦插基质以河沙效果最好，生根率达４５．５％。     

黄毛杜鹃种子发芽率的研究

对黄毛杜鹃种子进行了不同发芽温度，不同预处理的发芽试验。结果表明，黄毛杜鹃种子适宜的发芽温度为室温（１５℃－２０），黄毛杜鹃种子在０．１２５％Ｈ２ＳＯ４中处理１０ｍｉｎ或在０．０５ｍｇ／ｍｌＡＢＴ生根粉中处理ｚｈ后播种，可提高子发芽率。     

赤霉素处理长白山牛皮杜鹃种子发芽试验

采用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)浸种24 h对牛皮杜鹃种子进行预处理,以清水浸种24 h为对照,分析预处理后牛皮杜鹃种子的萌发状况.结果表明:在温度为23℃/15℃、光照为12 h/12 h条件下,3×10-4GA3浸种24 h效果最好,起始萌发时间为10 d,发芽率86.33%,发芽势77.0%,发芽指数41.70%.通过GA3处理,牛皮杜鹃种子可显著提高萌发率.     

不同处理对迷人杜鹃种子萌发的影响

对迷人杜鹃种子用KMnO4、6-BA和NAA溶液处理。实验结果表明:KMnO4溶液在一定浓度范围内能促进其种子的萌发;NAA对其种子的萌发也有促进作用;细胞分裂素6-BA对其种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用。当用浓度为150mg/L的NAA溶液浸种子24h时,其发芽势、发芽率、最终发芽率都为最高,分别为64%、81%、92%。4℃时用1%KMnO4的溶液先处理12h,再用150mg/L的NAA溶液浸种24h,最终发芽率达到91%。     

三叶木通种子休眠与发芽技术研究

通过不同种子处理试验,寻找三叶木通种子最优处理方法.试验结果表明:三叶木通种子有轻度的种皮障碍休眠和较明显的形态后熟作用,用10%的茶叶、草木灰液浸种,能提高种子发芽率;通过14天5~12℃温度保鲜贮藏,能完成形态后熟作用,但在低温后熟过程中,种子再次干燥会导致后熟效应解除,很大程度上降低种子的发芽率;5~12℃温度下,三叶木通种子发芽率80%以上,持续发芽时间26~35天.     

不同温度覆土厚度浇水量对玛咖发芽的影响

以云南丽江购买的黄玛咖种子为试验材料,设置温度、覆土厚度、日浇水量3个因素。温度为20、24、28℃,覆土厚度为0.7、1.4、2.1 cm,日浇水量为10、15、20 m L,三因素三水平按正交旋转设计为27个处理,研究温度、覆土厚度、日浇水量对玛咖种子发芽率和发芽势的影响。结果表明:玛咖的发芽率最优水平为覆土厚度0.7 cm,温度20℃,每日浇水量15 m L,该水平组合下玛咖种子的发芽率为46%。覆土厚度对玛咖发芽率的影响最大,温度的影响其次,日浇水量的影响最小。     

贮藏方法对大米草(Spartina anglica Hubbard)种子萌发的影响

同一贮藏期的大米草种子,不论室温干藏或低温湿藏,在蒸馏水中的萌发速度均优于在海水中萌发速度。室温干藏的,随着采收后贮藏时间的延长,发芽率下降,贮藏两个月后完全丧失了发芽率。低温(5℃)湿藏的,随着贮藏时间的延长,种子发芽速度加快。低温(5℃)干藏的种子,发芽率明显下降。以100ppm、200ppm、400ppm和800ppm赤霉素溶液浸泡种子24小时,对种子萌发具有一定的影响。     

见血封喉的生物学特性

对见血封喉的生长、物候和种子萌发等生物学特性进行观察。在西双版纳地区,见血封喉的营养生长和开花结果都集中在干季(2～5月)。种子无休眠期,新鲜种子发芽率高达(94±6.0)%;种子含水量、贮藏方式和发芽率试验结果表明:保证见血封喉种子生命力的安全含水量应在30%以上;种子室内通风存放5个月时发芽率降为36%,低温湿沙贮藏5个月时种子发芽率为82%。     

不同处理方法对当归种子萌发率的影响

选择不同贮藏条件、不同温度、不同消毒处理条件下对当归种子进行萌发实验,结果表明,随着种子贮藏时间的延长,种子活力减弱,萌发率下降.种子萌发的适宜温度是23℃,萌发率可达90%;升汞消毒效果比次氯酸钠好,时间以6 min为佳,且污染率降止最低;去翅种子发芽率高于未去翅种子.     

苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)体细胞胚发生与成苗研究——Ⅱ.人工种子贮藏与种植

苜蓿人工种子在60％RH中脱水3天,仍保持100％萌发和62.5％的成苗率,贮藏5天时失去发芽力。在45％RH中干燥3天后无萌发能力。非脱水状况下,人工种子保存在4℃中1个月,其发芽率和成苗率分别为91％和87％。人工种子直接播种于添加营养液的灭菌混合土中发芽率达100％,成苗率为41.6％。播种在无附加营养的混合土中虽然发芽率达100％,人工种子存活2个月以上,但不能转换成苗。人工种子在转换培养基上转化成苗后,移植至混合土中盆栽3个星期后幼苗成活率达80％以上。盆栽幼苗再移植至试验小区,成活率达98％以上。3个月后形成30cm高的致密草层,平均株高为48.8cm。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
