Phoshpine (PH3), a volatile and toxic gas, has been proved to commonly exist in the environment. The determination of gaseous phosphine and its emission fluxes in Ny-Ålesund is reported in this paper. Results showed that gaseous phosphine exist in Arctic atmosphere commonly and the concentration of phosphine ranged from 16.3–600.2 ng/m3, with the maximum concentration of phosphine in tundra areas and the minimum in surface air of ocean. The concentration of phosphine ranged from 65.79–1259 ng/m3 in colliery atmosphere at different altitudes and the maximum was found in the center of colliery. Emission fluxes of phosphine were different in various Arctic areas. Emission fluxes of phosphine from protected areas, with average concentration of 32.13±5.353 ng m–2 h–1, were higher than from other areas. And the flux of phosphine from ocean was lower.  相似文献

Antarctica is an important research region for assessing persistence and long-range atmospheric transport (LRAT) of persistent organic pollutants (POPs). In this study, XAD-resin passive air sampling was conducted near the Chinese Great Wall Station, Antarctica, during a one-year sampling period in 2009-2010. The air concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) were at a very low level, with total PCBs in the range of 26.74-45.08 pg m 3. PCB profiles were dominated by tetra-PCBs, tri-PCBs and di-PCBs, indicating LRAT was responsible for the pollutants in the Antarctic atmosphere. The sampling site near the Chinese Great Wall Station did not show higher PCB levels than the other sites, suggesting that PCB sources associated with the Great Wall Station were negligible. PCB-11 is a non-Aroclor congener, which has specific sources compared to other Aroclor PCB congeners. PCB-11 was observed in all air samples, with an average concentration of 1.22 pg m 3. To our knowledge, this study is the first investigation of PCB levels and distribution in the atmosphere around the Chinese Great Wall Station, Antarctica.  相似文献

Polychlorinated diebenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs), polychlorinated diebenzofurans (PCDFs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) were monitored in the ambient air of Taizhou, an E-waste dismantling area of southeast China to evaluate their concentrations, profiles and gas-particle partitioning. The ∑PCDD/Fs concentrations ranged from 2.91 to 50.6 pg/ma, with an average of 14.3 pg/ma. The I-TEQs for PCDD/Fs were in the range of 0.20-3.45 pg/ma, with an average of 1.10 pg/ma, The ∑PCBs concentrations and TEQs ranged from 4.23 to 11.35 ng/ma, 0.050 to 0.859 pg(TEQ)/ma, respectively. The concentrations of ∑PBDEs ranged from 92 to 3086 pg/ma, with an average of 894 pg/ma, The pollution levels of PCDD/Fs, PCBs and PBDEs were higher than other urban sites, which may be associated with the E-waste dismantling activities. The PCDD/Fs were found exclusively in the particle phase whereas PCBs distributed dominantly in the gas phase. The gas-partilce partitioning was also assessed by correlating the gas-particle partition coefficient (Kp) with the subcooled liquid vapor pressure (pL^0). The measured particulate sorptions of PCDD/Fs, PCBs and PBDEs were compared with the predictions from Junge-Pankow model and Koa absorption model. The Junge-Pankow model well estimated the particulate fractions of PCBs. However, it underestimated the sorptions of PCDD/Fs and overestimated the fractions of PBDEs. The predicted particulate fractions of PCDD/Fs and PCBs from Koa model fitted well with the measured data.  相似文献

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Atmospheric Environment Monitoring Network was established by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The goals of the network were to monitor and provide warnings of the atmospheric quality in Beijing and its surrounding area during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The results showed that the atmospheric complex pollution exhibited high concentrations of ozone and fine particles and oxidation in summer, with a ubiquitous regional source. The regional mean concentrations of SO2, PM2.5, NO2, and O3_8h max (the maximum daily 8 h mean) and Ox were 22±11, 90±40, 25±5, 136±35 and 112±21 μg/m3 in summer, respectively. During the Olympic Games, the mean concentration of SO2, PM2.5, NO2, O3_8h max, and Ox were 12.5±4, 56±28, 23±4, 114±29, 95±17 μg/m3 in the region, respectively, and fell by 51.0%, 43.7%, 13%, 20.2%, and 18.9%, respectively, compared to the prophase mean before the Olympic Games. The concentration of atmospheric pollutants declined significantly and achieved the “Green Olympics” control goal of air quality. After the Olympic Games, SO2, PM2.5 and NOx increased significantly as the temporary atmospheric pollution control measures were terminated.  相似文献

PM2.5 has become an increasing public concern recently because of its visibility reduction and severe health risks. For the whole year of 2013, hourly PM2.5 data of 496 monitoring sites scattered in 74 cities of China are collected to analyze temporal and spatial variability of PM2.5 concentration. Different temporal scales (seasonal variation, monthly variation and daily variation) and spatial scales (urban versus rural, typical areas and national scale) are discussed. Results show that PM2.5 concentration changes significantly in both long-term and short-term scales. An apparent bimodal pattern exists in daily variation of PM2.5 concentration and the daytime peak appears around 10:00 am while the lowest concentration appears around 16:00 pm. Spatial autocorrelation analysis and Ordinary Kriging are used to characterize spatial variability. Moran’s I of PM2.5 concentration in three typical regions, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region, is 0.906, 0.693, 0.746, respectively, which indicates that PM2.5 is strong spatial correlated. Spatial distribution of annual PM2.5 concentration simulated by Ordinary Kriging shows that 7.94 million km2 (83%) areas fail in meeting the requirement of China’s National Ambient Air Quality Standards Level-2 (35 µg/m3) and there are at least three concentrated highly polluted areas across the country.  相似文献

Traces of tephra and increased sulfate (SO 4 2− ) concentrations were identified in the 1992–1994 snow layers in 2 firn cores from South Pole. The deposition of the Pinatubo SO 4 2− aerosol was delayed due to the long transport to the high south latitudes and its initial existence at high altitudes in the Antarctic atmosphere. Electron microscopic analyses show that the element composition of the tephra is identical to that of volcanic ash found near the Pinatubo volcano in Philippines. Detailed stratigraphic snow sampling resolved the Pinatubo signal from that of Cerro Hudson eruption during August 1991 in Chile. The South Pole sulfate flux from Pinatubo is calculated to be (10.9±1.1) kg·km−2, while the Hudson sulfate flux is (3.2±1.1) kg·km−2. This information will be useful to estimating the magnitudes of the past volcanic eruptions recorded in Antarctic ice core.  相似文献

乘用车内饰释放的挥发性有机物(VOC)严重影响车内空气质量. 车内材料中VOC的释放特性主要由3个释放关键参数表征:初始浓度C0,扩散系数Dm和分配系数K. 文中应用直流舱C-history法测定了几种典型乘用车内饰中6种VOC的释放关键参数,并研究了温度的影响. 此外,建立了预测实际车内多源材料同时释放VOC时浓度变化的多源释放模型,并模拟实际车内环境建立了3 m3试验系统进行验证实验. 实验结果与模型预测结果吻合较好,说明通过小环境舱测定的释放关键参数能够用于预测实际车内多种内饰共存时污染物的释放情况.   相似文献

The characteristics of the post-noon aurora observed at Antarctic Zhongshan station on June 12, 1999, were discussed and analyzed. In the condition of the magnetic activity is not large (K p≈1), for post-noon 630.0 nm emissions, the total fluxes of soft precipitating particles were increasing from 10∶50 UT to 13∶35 UT and were decreasing from 13∶35 UT to 18∶00 UT in almost monotonous way. Away from noon, the 557.7 nm emissions increased gradually from 10∶50 UT to 17∶10 UT. The behaviors of the precipitating particles for exciting 630.0 nm aurora and 557.7 nm aurora were quite different. The peak intensity of 630.0 nm and 557.7 nm emissions appeared at about 13∶35 UT and 15∶40 UT respectively, the time difference of two peaks is about 2 h. The energy of precipitating electrons remained fairly steady until 15∶00 UT when it rose dramatically. Gases in the marine boundary layer in Fildes Peninsula, maritime Antarctica were sampled and analyzed for the first time. Sampling sites included areas covered by moss and lichen growth, penguin colonies and an area where scientific research stations are located. A total of 211 samples were analyzed for N2O concentrations, with an average of (321.33±3.07) nL/L. This is above the global average value of 314 nL/L. It is found that the N2O concentrations evidently increase during the summer months. Concentrations around the research stations are higher than at remote areas, indicating a potential source from human activities on the island. N2O concentrations at a large penguin colony on Barton Peninsula are the highest among the sampled areas. This may explain why N2O concentrations in Fildes Peninsula are higher than the global average. Our preliminary conclusions are that human activities and emissions from penguin dropping-amended soil and vegetation soil constitute the major sources of N2O in the maritime Antarctic atmosphere.  相似文献

Thirty samples of total suspended particles were collected at a site in western part of Lhasa, Tibet from August 2006 to July 2007. The 10Be concentrations were determined by Accelerator Mass Spectrometer (AMS). Analysis of correlation between 10Be con-centrations and meteorological factors revealed that the wet scavenging has little effect on 10Be. 10Be can be used as a proxy of transport processes of the upper atmosphere over the Tibetan Plateau. Analysis of correlation between 10Be concentrations and NCEP reanalysis data demonstrated that higher 10Be concentrations in spring were probably caused by the atmosphere exchange from stratosphere to troposphere during February to June. Lower 10Be concentrations during August to September were consistent with the synchronous lower O3 values, suggestive of both 10Be and O3 were probably influenced by the atmosphere exchange from troposphere to stratosphere.  相似文献

Field measurements of air-sea CO2 exchange in three coral reef areas of the South China Sea (i.e. the Yongshu Reef atoll of the Nansha Islands, southern South China Sea (SCS); Yongxing Island of Xisha Islands, north-central SCS; and Luhuitou Fringing Reef in Sanya of Hainan Island, northern SCS) during the summers of 2008 and 2009 revealed that both air and surface seawater partial pressures of CO2 (pCO2) showed regular diurnal cycles. Minimum values occurred in the evening and maximum values in the morning. Air pCO2 in each of the three study areas showed small diurnal variations, while large diurnal variations were ob-served in seawater pCO2. The diurnal variation amplitude of seawater pCO2 was ~70 μmol mol–1 at the Yongshu Reef lagoon, 420–619 μmol mol–1 on the Yongxing Island reef flat, and 264–579 μmol mol–1 on the reef flat of the Luhuitou Fringing Reef, and 324–492 μmol mol–1 in an adjacent area just outside of this fringing reef. With respect to spatial relations, there were large differences in air-sea CO2 flux across the South China Sea (e.g. ~0.4 mmol CO2 m–2 d–1 at Yongshu Reef, ~4.7 mmol CO2 m–2 d–1 at Yongxing Island, and ~9.8 mmol CO2 m–2 d–1 at Luhuitou Fringing Reef). However, these positive values suggest that coral reef ecosystems of the SCS may be a net source of CO2 to the atmosphere. Additional analyses indicated that diurnal variations of surface seawater pCO2 in the shallow water reef flat are controlled mainly by biological metabolic processes, while those of deeper water lagoons and outer reef areas are regulated by both biological metabolism and hydrodynamic factors. Unlike the open ocean, inorganic metabolism plays a significant role in influencing seawater pCO2 variations in coral reef ecosystems.  相似文献

在45m2室内人工模拟自然条件下进行褐家鼠和黄胸鼠取食行为生态学特征的研究。观察结果显示,两种鼠对所提供的食物的日平均取食量和觅食时所付出的活动行为强度均无明显差异,但在日内的7时、15时和23时之间的摄食量和活动量的差异均极显著。当所提供的食物源有选择机会时,褐家鼠选择的平均取食量是玉米碎>稻谷>大米;黄胸鼠是玉米碎>大米>稻谷,无食物选择机会时褐家鼠的取食量是稻谷>玉米碎>大米;黄胸鼠是大米>玉米碎>稻谷。褐家鼠和黄胸鼠在寻找选择食物的过程中,通常付出的活动行为强度(量)是23时点>7时点>15时点。褐家鼠和黄胸鼠的取食行为特征表现可用“摄食时间+食物源+行为反应”的模式表示。同时指出鼠的取食行为与防治实践之间关系的重要性。  相似文献

A series of inorganic-organic hybrids K2Na m H9−m [{Ln(GeW11O39)2}{Cu2(bpy)2(μ-ox)}]·nH2O (bpy = 2,2-bipyridine and ox = oxalate; Ln = La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd; n = 19, 17, 22, 20, 19; m = 4, 4, 4, 9, 2) were isolated after reacting in a potassium acetate buffer. X-ray structural analyses show that compounds 1–5 are isomorphic and consist of [Ln(GeW11O39)2]13− polyoxoanion building blocks and oxalate-bridged dinuclear copper metalorganic complex with a 1D chain structure. The 1D chain further connects into the 3D framework by π-π interactions with neighboring bpy groups. The magnetic susceptibility data indicate that antiferromagnetic coupling between the neighboring Cu2+ ions in the structure and the rare earth ions affects magnetic property of the structure.  相似文献

The photoluminescence quenching behaviors of ^5D3-^7Fj and ^5D4-^7Fj (J = 0—6) transitions of Tb^3+ in YBO3:Tb under 130—290 nm excitation were systematically investigated. The results revealed that the quenching concentrations of both ^5D3-^7Fj and ^5D4-^7Fj transitions of Tb^3+ in YBO3:Tb were mainly dependent on excitation wavelength. Particularly, the quenching concentrations of ^5D4-^7Fj transitions of Tb^3+ under 130—290 nm excitation were correlated with excitation bands of YBO3:Tb. The quenching concentrations of ^5D3-^7Fj transitions remained at low concentration (2%) under 186—290 nm excitation and then increased gradually with energy of incoming excitation photon when excited at 130—186 nm. Monoterpenes in ambient air were determined in various sites in Guangzhou, and it was revealed that monoterpene concentrations in some special sites, like landfills, were even higher than those in locations with much more vegetation. On the average, monoterpene contents in samples from streets and highways were 1.9 μg/m3; from gardens, plantations and wooded lands, 2.2 μg/m3; from farmlands, 1.5 μg/m3; but from landfills, 4.1 μg/m3. So other sources like landfills, apart from living plants, might also contribute to the biogenic non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) in the atmospheric environment. On the other hand, the composition pattern of monoterpenes in air samples from landfills were obviously different compared with those from living plants, this might result from the different synthesis pathways of monoterpenes, the oxygen-depleted environment and the microbiogenic process might affect the synthesis in landfills.  相似文献

A better understanding of the variation of 210Pb concentrations in the surface air is the key to trace lake sedimentation and catchment erosion, to establish and validate the global diffusion model of contaminants, and to assess the impact of natural radiation on the ecological system. Basing on the study progresses of the sedimentation, the atmospheric model and the unique environmental background in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, and starting from December 20, 2001, we made use of a 500 NE Type aerosol sampler to collect filter samples, once a week in the past consecutive two years, in the surface air at Mt. Guanfeng, Guiyang City, China. Synchronous detailed γ-energy spectrometric observations of 210Pb concentrations at both Chinese and U.S. laboratories have shown that the average monthly 210Pb concentration displays a regular U-patterns distribution of annual variations, with high values appearing in winter and low values in late spring and summer. The average annual 210Pb concentrations are estimated to be 2.77±0.63 mBq/m3, about 4 times the average maximum concentrations reported from quite a number of monitoring stations throughout the world. The possible factors affecting the sources of 210Pb in the surface air in the central part of Guizhou Province are: Release of 222Rn from the U-Ra series enriched in the soils; chemical weathering of carbonate rocks; the exploitation, processing and utilization of coal and phosphorous resources. The principal factor controlling the high 210Pb concentrations in the surface air in the central Guizhou and their annual U-pattern distribution is the release of 222Rn. The average monthly 210Pb concentrations show a good negative powerfunction relationship with increasing precipitation and also show a good negative linear-function relationship with the rise of air temperature in month grouping. Group No.1 (June to November) reflects a relatively low release of 222Rn from soils in relatively high temperature seasons; Group No.2 (December to May) mirrors a relatively high release of 222Rn from soils in relatively low temperature seasons. The average monthly 210Pb concentrations simulated in terms of the precipitation and air temperature are in good consistency with the measured values, revealing that the regular U-pattern distribution characteristics of 210Pb concentrations in the surface air in the central Guizhou are controlled predominantly by regional precipitation and air temperature. Meanwhile, it is also indicated that the magnitude of variation of air temperature and precipitation within the same year also constrains the ratio of high values over low values of average monthly 210Pb concentrations. On a month time scale, precipitation and air temperature are a main factor affecting the release of 222Rn from soils (rocks). In this aspect strong evidence has been obtained.  相似文献
