应用￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜流动测定技术研究钙拮抗剂ｖｅｒａｐａｍｉｌ、中药西红花（ＣｒｏｃｕｓＳａｔｉｖｕｓＬ．）、“地奥心血康”（ＤＡＸＸＫ）、川红花（ＣａｒｔｈａｍｕｓｔｉｎｃｔｏｒｉｕｓＬ．）及银杏叶（ＧｉｎｋｇｏｂｉｌｏｂａＬ．）等对大鼠主动脉￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜内流的作用，以确定其对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道影响。实验结果表明：西红花、川红花、ＤＡＸＸＫ对平滑肌细胞膜上电压依赖Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＰＤＣ）和受体操纵Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＲＯＣ）都有阻滞作用，并以西红花的阻滞作用最强；而银杏叶对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道无阻滞作用。     

On the sign of the optimal combining weights under the error-variance minimizing criterion

Building on the well-known measure of the optimal combining weights under the error-variance minimizing criterion, this note has extended the sign-determination rule to the case of combining more than two competing forecasts. The algebraic rule derived provides a quick way to check the sign of each combining weight without directly comparing the correlation and variances of individual forecasting errors.

本文将离子敏感场效应晶体管（ＩＳＦＥＴ）与药物敏感膜相结合,研制成一种药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器（ＤｒｕｇＦＥＴ）。用四苯硼钠为电活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,制成ｐｖｃ膜,对烟碱的线性范围为１．０×１０－２～２．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,斜率为５７．５ｍｖ／ｐｃ,适宜ｐＨ范围为５．５～８．０,检出限为１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。用该传感器分析烟草中烟碱的含量,结果和分光光度法相一致。     

New bounds on time and number of processors for multiprocessor optimal schedules

Two problems for task schedules in a multiprocessor parallel system are discussed in this paper:

1. Given a partially ordered set of tasks represented by the vertices of an acyclic directed graph with their corresponding processing times, derive the lower bound on the minimum time(LBMT) needed to process the task graph for a given number of processors.
2. Determine the lower bound on minimum number of processors(LBMP) needed to complete those tasks in minimum time. It is shown that the proposed LBMT is sharper than previously known values and the computational aspects of these bounds are also discussed.

     

Synthesis of glucoside compounds of ferrocenyl phenols and their antianemic activity

Six glucoside compounds have been synthesized by means of phase-transfer catalytic method and deacetylation from the starting material ferrocene. Their structures have been confirmed by elementary analysis, IR,¹HNMR and MS. The antianemic activities of some compounds have also been tested. Results indicate that these glucoside compounds possess the antianemic activities and therefore, the further study is well worth making.
