为制备出纯度高、单一物相、致密的、符合后期PLD(Pulsed Laser Deposition)镀膜所用要求的LSCO (La0.5Sr0.5CoO3)靶材,对LSCO的制备方法及其过程进行了分析研究.采用半共沉淀法,LSCO前驱物经900 ℃预烧、研磨,可制得纯度高、物相单一的LSCO粉体;用干压方法成型,在不同的温度下对其烧结,通过研究烧结体的XRD图谱、吸水率和密度并结合LSCO粉体的DSC-TG曲线,确定出制备LSCO多晶靶材的最佳烧结温度为1200~1250 ℃,比用固相法制备粉体的靶材烧结温度降低了100~150 ℃.  相似文献

采用模压和真空热压烧结工艺制备了钼铌和钼钽两种钼合金靶材,以薄膜半导体-液晶显示器(TFTLCD)无碱玻璃为衬底,磁控溅射沉积了不同厚度的钼薄膜。利用场发射扫描电镜和共聚焦显微镜表征了靶材显微组织、元素面分布以及薄膜微观形貌。借助四探针测试仪测试了薄膜的方阻值,研究了铌和钽合金化对钼薄膜导电性的影响。研究结果表明:铌、钽合金化均可细化靶材晶粒,且靶材晶粒均无明显择优取向。钼铌和钼钽两种合金靶材平均晶粒尺寸分别为70.02μm和34.43μm。相同溅射工艺参数下,钼铌和钼钽合金薄膜厚度分别约为200 nm和240 nm。钼铌合金薄膜平均方阻为15.68Ω/□,钼钽合金薄膜平均方阻为22.00Ω/□。钽合金化后,钼靶材晶粒细化更为显著,晶粒尺寸分布更加均匀,薄膜沉积速度更快,且表面粗糙度较小,导致钼钽合金薄膜方阻增长较大。  相似文献

 以水热合成的2种不同粒径(70±8)nm和(40±6)nm单分散ITO粉末为原料,对原料粉体粒径分布、冷等静压成型压力、烧结温度和时间等与靶材烧结密度之间的关系进行了研究.当2种粒径原料按7:3质量比混合均匀,成型压力为250MPa,成型坯体经1300℃预烧1.5h和在1400℃烧结1h后可以得到相对密度大于99%的高密度、高纯度ITO靶材.  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备的铟锡氧化物复合粉末经冷等静压成形后进行热等静压致密化所得靶材常常会产生裂纹.用电子探针分析了铟锡氧化物热等静压后裂纹处铟、锡和氧的成分分布.结果表明,裂纹处铟含量极低,锡含量极高,而氧含量低于配比含量,这与In2O3 和SnO2 在高温下不同的分解行为有关;粉末经高温煅烧预处理后,进行热等静压致密化所获得的靶材的相对密度可达到98 % 以上,且裂纹大大减少.  相似文献

 通过单靶一步溅射再退火的方法,在钠钙玻璃及镀钼玻璃衬底上制备了铜铟硒(CIS)薄膜。通过优化工艺参数,获得了结晶性良好的CIS 薄膜,分析了溅射沉积薄膜时衬底温度及不同退火温度对薄膜结晶性的影响。研究发现,衬底温度为150℃时,退火获得的CIS 薄膜结晶性最好;不同的退火温度对Mo 衬底上的CIS 薄膜结晶性影响不大。结果表明,靶材的致密度对CIS 薄膜性能有较大的影响,说明一步法制备CIS 薄膜对靶材有较高的质量要求。  相似文献

以三氯化铁和醋酸钠为原料,采用水热法制备Fe_3O_4粉体,对比实心Fe_3O_4粉体在吸波性能上具备的优势。通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析Fe_3O_4粉体的物相结构;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测Fe_3O_4粉体的尺寸及形貌;使用矢量网络分析仪测试了同轴样品的电磁参数来计算泡状Fe_3O_4粉体的微波吸波性能。结果表明,制备的Fe_3O_4粉体为泡状结构,密度小于实心Fe_3O_4粉体,且介电常数实部明显升高。在0.5~18.0GHz频段,当厚度大于4mm时,其吸波性能相比实心Fe_3O_4粉体有一定优势。  相似文献

研究了M42高速钢粉末的粒度级配对粉末振实密度的影响规律,并采用正交试验法研究了注射温度、注射压力、注射流量、保压压力及其交互作用对注射坯质量的影响.试验结果表明,粗细粉末进行级配能够有效提高粉体的堆积密度.与-400目粉末相比,+140目与-400目的原料粉末通过级配,振实密度可提高44.3%~56.4%.注射工艺参数正交试验发现注射温度、保压压力及其交互作用对注射坯质量的影响最为显著.试验确定的标准长方体弯曲试样最佳注射工艺参数为:注射温度160℃、注射压力82MPa、注射流量42%及保压压力31MPa.  相似文献

采用NbH还原Nb2O5工艺制备低价铌氧化物粉末,经压制成型、阳极烧结、阳极氧化工艺,获得电性能优良的低价铌氧化物电解电容器阳极。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、成分分析及电容器阳极电性能检测等方法,对比研究高能球磨与玛瑙研磨2种不同混料工艺。研究结果表明:高能球磨工艺制备的低价铌氧化物有明显片式化现象,粒度小,比容可达107.00 mF.V.g-1,但球磨过程中引入的杂质难以在后续的洗涤过程中彻底除去,导致阳极漏电流大。用正交试验法及方差分析对玛瑙研磨工艺进行优化,得到制备低价铌氧化物最佳条件是:焙烧温度为1 000℃,焙烧时间为40 min,NbH用量与理论量之比为1.1,所制得的产物杂质含量低,比容为69.50mF.V.g-1,损耗为11.25%,漏电流为1.8×10-4A.F-1.V-1,其电性能指标高于FTa16—300电容器钽粉国家标准(GB/T 3136—1995)所规定的值。  相似文献

为了对单斜晶型M相二氧化钒粉体氧化过程中可能形成的多种价态钒氧化物的细胞毒性进行评估,选取并制备价态依次增加的二氧化钒、十三氧化六钒、一水合七氧化三钒和五氧化二钒4种钒氧化物,通过细胞形态观察和细胞活性测定2种方式评估不同价态及质量浓度为1~500 mg/L的钒氧化物对小鼠成纤维细胞L929的细胞毒性。结果表明,处理24 h后的L929细胞的细胞活性在不同价态钒氧化物中由弱到强的顺序为五氧化二钒、一水合七氧化三钒、十三氧化六钒、二氧化钒,说明钒氧化物的细胞毒性随着价态的增加而增强。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
