利用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE),配以二极管阵列检测器测定葛根及其制剂脑得生片中葛根素和大豆苷元的含量。以未涂层弹性石英管柱(57 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm)为分离通道,60 mmol/L硼砂-硼酸(pH9.0)为电泳缓冲溶液,分离电压为25 kV,毛细管柱温25℃,检测波长254 nm。葛根素和大豆苷元浓度与峰面积分别在0.2~1.2 mg/mL和0.1~0.6 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)分别为27.5 ng/mL和12.7 ng/mL,该方法简便、快捷、灵敏,可用于葛根和脑得生片的快速常规检测。  相似文献

应用反相高效液相色谱-电喷雾-质谱-质谱(R-HPLC-ESI-MS-MS)方法对中药葛根提取物的化学成分进行分析,分离并鉴定出葛根中的葛根素、大豆甙元、大豆甙、葛甙C等4种有效成分,应用HPLC紫外和质谱检测方法测定了一种改剂型四类新药“小儿腹泻宁泡腾片”中葛根素的含量分别为2.27mg.g^-1和2.26mg.^-1,结果表明HPLC-MS可以作为葛根及其相关制剂的指纹临别和质量控制的一种方法。  相似文献

对采自华南师范大学生物园的野葛葛根的化学成分进行研究,提取葛根中的异黄酮,应用柱层析法进行分离,通过波谱分析进行结核鉴定。从中分离出5个结晶性化合物。通过红外光谱、核磁共振等方法分别鉴定出化合物(1)为葛根素、化合物(2)为大豆苷。葛根中的异黄酮组分在紫外光谱和荧光光谱中有吸收。  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测乳液和化妆水中芍药苷和葛根素的方法.样品经过甲醇超声提取,以质量分数为0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈洗脱,经C18反相色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测,计算出2种草药成分含量.在最优化条件下,该方法对芍药苷和葛根素的相应线性范围在0.2~10.0μg·mL-1,在232 nm和250 nm处紫外吸收强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)大于0.999.该方法的回收率在90.4%~103.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.53%~2.37%之间,芍药苷和葛根素在乳液和化妆水中的方法检出限分别是2 mg·kg-1和8 mg·kg-1.该方法适合快速、高效、准确测定乳液和化妆水中芍药苷和葛根素的含量.  相似文献

目的建立妇科养坤丸的HPLC定量和TLC定性指纹图谱.方法用TLC对妇科养坤丸中主药木香、香附、白芍、延胡索进行定性鉴别;用HPLC测定妇科养坤丸中黄芩苷的质量分数.结果TLC特征图谱能很好地检测本品的质量;HPLC测得本品中的特征图谱,可确定黄芩苷的质量分数在0.135 2~1.352 0μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.50%(n=5),RSD为1.9%.结论建立的特征图谱能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂质量控制.  相似文献

葛根采用溶剂冷浸提取3次,每次48 h,提取物经酸水解获得粗品葛根素.粗品葛根素经反相制备色谱分离纯化,分离条件为:YWG-C18反相色谱柱(22×300 mm,30 μm), 流动相为甲醇,流速为2.0 mL/min,紫外检测,波长为270 nm,所得产品经薄层层析鉴定纯度.  相似文献

目的:研究葛根有效成分葛根异黄酮和黄连有效成分黄连总生物碱伍用药效优于单用的药代动力学差异。方法:健康SD大鼠灌胃给予葛根异黄酮、黄连生物碱和葛根异黄酮黄连生物碱配比液(GH配比), 测定给药后不同时间点葛根素、大豆苷、小檗碱、巴马汀和黄连碱的药代动力学参数,比较单用葛根异黄酮、黄连总生物碱和伍用在体内的代谢过程。结果:葛根异黄酮黄连生物碱配比后由于各有效成分之间的相互作用,葛根素、大豆苷、小檗碱、巴马汀和黄连碱的最大血药浓度均降低,葛根素、大豆苷、巴马汀浓度达峰时间从单独给药时45 min延迟到60 min,小檗碱浓度达峰时间从单独给药时45 min缩短到30 min,,并延缓葛根素、大豆苷、小檗碱、巴马汀和黄连碱的代谢时间,使其在体内保留时间延长。结论:葛根异黄酮、黄连总生物碱配比后其有效成分代谢出现较大差异,可能在各有效成分在体内同时存在拮抗、协同或转化作用,从而导致药效差异。  相似文献

利用高效薄层色谱(TLC)分离技术和表面增强拉曼散射技术(SERS)的结合,获得了分析大豆甙元成分的新方法.SERS结果表明,在TLC原位约3μg样品就可获得大豆甙元的主要振动特征谱带.通过表面增强光谱揭示出SERS与固体光谱的异同,并指明了大豆甙元与银溶胶的吸附模式.TLC-SERS使高效分离与指纹性鉴定结合,可对化学成分进行高灵敏度的检测.  相似文献

探索瑶药五爪金龙活性成分牛蒡子苷元的薄层色谱(TLC)定性鉴别和高效液相色谱(HPLC)定量检测方法,寻找瑶药五爪金龙质量控制的依据。本研究采用薄层色谱法对药材中的牛蒡苷元进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对药材中的牛蒡苷元进行含量测定。通过实验,确定了TLC定性鉴别和HPLC定量检测的方法。薄层色谱中牛蒡苷元斑点集中、清晰。高效液相色谱法中牛蒡苷元对照品在0.42~5.26μg时,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。牛蒡苷元平均回收率为100.43%,RSD=2.09%。10批五爪金龙药材中牛蒡苷元含量在0.06%~0.52%。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
