基于LTCC的Ka波段无源等效腔体分析与优化设计

为了能够在Ka波段采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术实现收发组件小型化设计,提出了LTCC无源等效腔体模型.将有源芯片置入LTCC腔体中,解决了电磁场干扰问题.但腔体效应会引起串扰和振荡,造成放大器工作的不稳定.为此提出腔体谐振频率远离工作频率的设计方法,在无源等效腔体设计过程中采用两种不同馈电结构,利用基于神经网络模型的遗传算法和三维电磁场仿真软件对无源等效腔体参数进行优化设计,得到了近似一致的设计结果,满足放大器稳定的最优无源等效腔体参数为4.5 mm×3.5 mm.     

大功率腔体滤波器优化设计

在大功率收发设备中,高技术性能、高可靠性的滤波器起着十分重要的作用.笔者通过对UHF频段大功率腔体滤波器在应用初期出现的问题分析,以大量的技术试验和理论分析,找到了解决问题的途径.否定了靠选用介电常数较大的介质来提高大功率滤波器酎压的思路.提出了大功率腔体滤波器设计,特别是介质和谐振杆选用的原则.     

一种腔体滤波器的设计方法

本文通过一种设计方法,对同轴腔体滤波器进行分析设计,得到了实测与仿真基本一致的结果,从而充分验证了该方法在腔体滤波器设计上的准确性和高效性。     

带有交叉耦合的直线型滤波器的研究

本文提出了直线型同轴腔体滤波器的交叉耦合模型的一种实现方法;基于这种方法对三腔滤波器进行了实验验证,并对实验过程中发现的问题进行了分析.     

集成式滤波器设计

本文介绍了一种在PCB电路上实现高性能腔体滤波器的方法。通过空气直接耦合使腔体滤波器直接安装在PCB电路上,该方式既保证了腔体滤波器的高Q特性,又提高了安装的可靠性,同时大幅提高混合电路的集成性能。     

基于LTCC技术的S波段双工器的设计

本文借助LTCC的多层结构,先设计出了带传输零点的带通滤波器（BPF）。并通过匹配网络,利用HFSS仿真软件对其参数进行优化仿真,设计出了一种基于LTCC技术的S波段双工器。该双工器尺寸为18.3mm×15.6mm×0.5mm、在2.03GHz和2.19GHz处的插入损耗小于-3.72dB。在频率1.87GHz和2.34GHz处衰减大于-55dB,有效的抑制了阻带上的本振信号及其镜象信号。S13小于-12dB,体现了两端口之间的良好的隔离度,满足了该双工器设计指标和小型化的目的。     

广义Chebyshev滤波器的交叉耦合模型实现

通过对广义Chebyshev滤波器设计的深入研究，提出了由指标得到传输零点的综合方法，再利用三腔结构确定网络拓扑结构并采取优化算法求解交叉耦合矩阵，最后用Ansoft HFSS建立同轴腔体滤波器模型，仿真结果与理论结果吻合得较好，验证了这种综合方法的有效性．     

基于5G网络频段的介质腔体滤波器仿真设计

本文中探究应用于5G通讯网络频段的介质腔体滤波器,制定5G基站用介质腔体滤波器的方案,设计出中心频率位于3. 3 3. 5 GHz的两款介质腔体滤波器,通过模拟仿真得到适用于5G无线网络频段的性能曲线.     

基于LTCC技术频率源的设计与实现

基于LTCC技术,设计制作了一款小型化频率源。该频率源采用单环锁相电路实现,并将输出滤波器集成在LTCC基板内,实现了电路的小型化,锁相环电路板面积仅为20 mm×20 mm。同时给出了该频率源的组装及调试过程,经测试,该频率源输出频率为12.5～13.5GHz,相噪为-80 dBc/Hz@1kHz。     

扩频通信匹配滤波器设计方案研究

本文重点提出了一种基于FPGA扩频通信匹配滤波器的实现方案,文章首先分析研究了匹配滤波器数学模型,并阐述了匹配滤波器结构,在此基础上,论文分别从数据输入模块的设计、滤波数据输出模块的设计等多个方面,阐述了具体的设计实现方案.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
