This article emphasizes the role of projects and project management in assuring socially responsible acting of contemporary business systems, presenting some practical applications in the field of tourism. With arising number of projects in business systems and their growing strategic importance, the role of project management has radically been changing for the last two decades. Managing organizations, as a central topic among seven crucial topics in ISO 26000 on social responsibility, is strongly associated with managing projects. Projects have important influence on the established as well as on establishing ongoing operations and are important tools in assuring business systems’ strategic development, by exposing interdependences and supporting the requisitely holistic approach. This article tries to fill the gap we detected in literature on social responsibility where projects and project management seem not to have a proper role. Four different links and interdependencies between project management and systems theory (which ISO 26000 reinforces) are exposed: (1) systemic treatment of project management, (2) systematical treatment of projects as holistic works, (3) systemic treatment of projects as parts of BSs’ strategies, (4) systemic treatment of projects throughout their entire life cycle.  相似文献

虚拟样机的研究已成为多年的研究热点,其相关基础技术发展也很快,在国外也有了成功的应用案例,然而复杂系统协同虚拟样机技术的研究尚不成熟,在研究中还存在一些技术障碍,其中缺乏全生命周期、全方位和全系统的信息管理就是障碍之一。在给出了复杂系统及其虚拟样机定义的基础上,分析了复杂系统虚拟样机中信息管理的需求,然后论述了项目管理在复杂系统虚拟样机信息管理中的特点和需要攻克的几个关键技术,接着对项目管理与工作流的集成作了探讨。在此基础上,本文给出了相应的系统说明和应用验证说明。  相似文献

This paper reports on a case study on improving the quality of life for women smallholder farmers in Vietnam, using the systems-based Evolutionary Learning Laboratory (ELLab) approach. The study aims to provide evidence of practical contributions of the ELLab to project stakeholder and knowledge management through the case study. A transformative learning framework was developed to provide initial reflections on the planning phase of the project. Practical contributions of the ELLab process to stakeholder identification and management, and knowledge creation during project planning and implementation are discussed. Strong evidence was found of transformations in awareness and perspectives amongst project actors that subsequently led to systemic and executable action plans. This clearly proved the value of the ELLab approach in informal transformative learning.  相似文献

Competency-based management is a strategic approach for Human Resources Management and organizational change. Additionally, in business environment, information technologies competencies are a significant factor to organizational success (Bharadwaj, MIS Q 24(1):169–196, 2006). However the implementation of a model of competency-based management in business environment is difficult and complex (Lawler, J Organ Behav 15(1):3–15, 1993). In this context, Information systems are a suitable tool to manage individual and organizational knowledge (Alavi and Leidner, MIS Q 25(1):107–136, 2001; Bowman, Inf Syst Manag 19(3):32–40, 2002). This paper introduces a dynamic approach to a competency-based model through IT. We validate such approach through an action research project in RTVE, the largest company and reference public corporation of radio and television in Spain. The action research process in this organization is presented, and the findings highlight the potential benefits of the proposed model, and may be used in facilitating organizational change.  相似文献

This paper sets out some observations arising from on-going research into the use of systemic methods in the planning of complex projects within the National Health Service (NHS) in Staffordshire and Shropshire in the UK. This brief paper sets out the main reasons for the application of systemic approaches, the nature of the methodologies put in place and some of the outcomes and reflections of those involved in the various workshops. 论文从定量的角度,分析了项目群中一种资源以及多种资源的"多任务"情形,对关键链进度计划问题建立了数学模型,并引入遗传算法,使"多任务"现象转化成具有相应优先权的排序基因或染色体,对最优化进度和延迟成本构建了相应的算法.最后,通过算例证实此方法可以得出最优排序,同时能提供较多的替代方案,为关键路径法演变成关键链技术提供了定量支撑.  相似文献

As a management information systems (MIS) project manager and an action researcher, the author examined, over time, the influence on information system development (ISD) of the informal sociopolitical organizational actions. The paper reports two cases of action research findings concerning the effect on ISD project implementation processes of power-based arbitrary decisional actions in bureaucratic environments. The research focused on the relationship of such unilateral actions to the interconnected subprocesses of deliberate and conscious attempts by the ISD project members to define and resolve system implementation issues. A suggested conceptual framework for the issue-resolution processes (IRP's) and obstacle-coping processes (OCP's) is based on the author's IRP/OCP-related behavioral constructs and theoretical models dealing with soft-systems issues, especially appreciative system theory and soft-systems methodology, and innovative flexible, "complementarist" (Sinn, 1998) or pluralist problem-solving approaches.  相似文献

随着项目的复杂度和成本的不断增多,对项目管理有效性的要求也越来越高。传统的基于PERT/CPM方法在离线的项目管理中取得了较大的成功,但是由于它们忽略了实际项目中资源约束和外部突发事件的影响,不可能实时动态地监控项目生产的进行。本文提出一种基于时延Petri网的项目管理方法,克服了上述的不足。方法中参考Petri网模型考虑到生产资源约束的影响,监控Petri网模型实时监视突发事件的发生,从而项目管理者可以及时地了解项目的进展,并根据实际生产情况对现有的项目计划调度任务的进行动态调整。  相似文献

结合科技工程特点,研究如何量化评价重大工程中关键技术的成熟程度.在传统技术成熟度方法基础上,首先对设计成熟度、制造成熟度、产品成熟度、集成成熟度和系统成熟度等方法进行了研究改进,提出了广义技术成熟度的概念.然后研究了这些成熟度的综合集成关系,建立了广义技术成熟度集成模型,提出了广义技术成熟度的评价特征模型.最后研究了广义技术成熟度在科技工程转阶段评估和管理决策中的应用模型.研究提出的广义技术成熟度模型,已经在重大航天科技工程中得到了应用,可以更全面和准确地对关键技术的成熟程度进行评价.  相似文献
