基于时延Petri网的项目管理方法

随着项目的复杂度和成本的不断增多，对项目管理有效性的要求也越来越高。传统的基于PERT/CPM方法在离线的项目管理中取得了较大的成功，但是由于它们忽略了实际项目中资源约束和外部突发事件的影响，不可能实时动态地监控项目生产的进行。本文提出一种基于时延Petri网的项目管理方法，克服了上述的不足。方法中参考Petri网模型考虑到生产资源约束的影响，监控Petri网模型实时监视突发事件的发生，从而项目管理者可以及时地了解项目的进展，并根据实际生产情况对现有的项目计划调度任务的进行动态调整。

Research to the Structure of Project Management Based on Timed Petri Net

With the increases of complexity and cost of a project, project management becomes more and more important. Though the traditional methods based on PERT or CPM succeeded in some fields, ignoring the resources restriction and exogenous events, they can not monitor the process of the project quickly. In this paper, we pr opose a project management structure based on timed Petri net. The structure consists of several modules, among them the reference PN model syncretizes the affection of resources restriction and a monitor PN model watch the happening of accidents. So the manager can know the situation of project clearly, and repair the planning and scheduling strategy to fit for the new condition.
