上海绿谷集团与中国科学院上海生命科学研究院和上海药物研究所联合成立了绿谷研究院,整合了上海生命科学研究院、上海药物所的优势资源以及绿谷原有的研发系统,形成了包括临床前研究中心(GLP)、临床研究中心(GCP)、西安绿谷药物药检所、福州绿谷生物药业技术研究所、北京中卫女性健康研究院在内的自主研发体系,并分别被上海市科委认定为"上海中药复方现代化工程技术研究中心"、上海市经委认定为"上海市企业技术中心"     

成本管理在工程项目建造过程中的应用

目前我国施工企业在工程施工中普遍存在着成本支出大,效益低下等问题.加强成本管理是各施工企业迫在眉睫的任务.在施工准备阶段:应强化成本核算、细化成本指标,树立正确的承包思想;在施工阶段:应尽量降低项目的成本,多为项目增收;在竣工决算阶段:要利用施工索赔实施成本控制.     

手掌参多糖的结构分析

从传统蒙药手掌参(GymanadeniaConopseaR.Br.)的干燥根茎中用热水提取、醇析方法直接得到不含蛋白质的纯手掌参多糖(GCP).采用Smith降解法、高效液相色谱法分析GCP的糖苷键连接方式,采用13CNMR、红外光谱分析法对其结构进行分析.结果表明,GCP主要是以1→3位和部分1→4位键合的糖苷键,红外光谱分析和1HNMR测定表明GCP糖苷键为β-吡喃型糖.     

注重精细管理 提高手术器械清洗质量

目的:提高手术器械清洗质量。方法:通过学习精细管理理念,树立"精益求精"的工作精神,细化器械回收、清洗、消毒、检查流程的管理。结果:实施精细化管理前后手术器械清洗质量及手术室问卷调查满意度比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:实施精细化管理是提高手术器械清洗质量的有效途经。     

我院抗感染药物统计分析

目的:对我院抗感染药物的应用进行统计分析,为指导临床用药及药品的计划、采购及管理提供依据.方法:①根据我院西药库微机管理系统统计各种抗感染药物的销售金额并归类分析,②随机抽取门诊抗感染处方及住院抗感染病历统计.结果:我院各类抗感染药物的使用情况从一侧面反映出临床用药的某些特点和趋势.结论:我院抗感染药品的应用结构是合理的.     

“五常法”在静脉药物配置中心管理中的应用

目的:应用"五常法"对静脉药物配置中心进行规范化科学化管理,确保临床用药安全,顺利通过省卫生厅的验收。方法:对比"五常法"应用于静脉药物配置中心前后的情况。结果:实施"五常法"后,静脉药物配置中心的环境完全达标、差错明显减少,临床科室满意度提高。结论:"五常法"应用于静脉药物配置中心能大大改善工作环境,提高工作效率,防止差错发生。     

浅谈植筋法后锚固施工质量控制

介绍了建筑结构构造的钢筋锚固(植筋法)施工工艺及植筋拉拔试验的仪器和方法,以便在施工过程中正确操作,细化质量管理,保证工程质量.     

手掌参多糖的分子量及组成的测定

从传统蒙药手掌参(GymanadeniaconopseaR.Br.)的干燥根茎中用热水提取,醇析分离得到纯的手掌参多糖(GCP),用高效液相色谱分析对其分子量及组成进行测定分析.GCP的数均分子量为Mn=3.21×104,Mw=8.03×104,分散系数为2.5021.糖组分分析显示该GCP是由葡萄糖和甘露糖组成,其摩尔组成比为1∶1.5.     

产超广谱-内酰胺酶和AmpC酶阴沟肠杆菌的表型检测及耐药性分析

目的:监测江汉大学附属医院临床标本中分离出的阴沟肠杆菌产超广谱-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和AmpC-内酰胺酶的状况及其耐药性,为临床治疗提供依据.方法:用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的确证实验进行ESBLs的检测,用表型筛选法进行AmpC酶的检测;用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验.结果:从75株阴沟肠杆菌中检出ESBLs阳性9株(12.0%),AmpC酶阳性11株(14.7%);产ESBLs株对亚胺培南、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、丁胺卡那等药物的耐药率较低,产AmpC酶株对亚胺培南、头孢吡肟、丁胺卡那等药物的耐药率较低.结论:本院分离的阴沟肠杆菌产ESBLs和AmpC酶情况尚好;临床治疗应在药敏试验的基础上,针对不同的产酶株,选用亚胺培南、头孢吡肟和丁胺卡那等药物.

阐述了我国药物临床试验及《药品临床试验质量管理规范》,介绍了山西医科大学第一医院药物临床试验机构的发展史、组织结构及其建设进展,简述了伦理委员会的工作情况。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. 橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
