介绍超大径圆钢(Φ75/45A)机械连接接头试验方法和特点,本试验组研制的大吨位加力装置,解决了超大径圆钢机械连接接头变形性能单向拉伸试验的难题,填补了国内该项试验的空白.对试验测取的数据进行对比分析,其机械连接接头抗拉性能指标满足<钢筋机械连接技术规程>JGJ 107(2007年征求意见稿)的相关技术要求.  相似文献

对Ф75 mm圆钢机械连接接头进行了型式检验.目前我国还没有出台大直径圆钢机械连接接头型式检验技术规程,参照<钢筋机械连接通用技术规程>JGJ 107-2003,对试验过程和方法进行了有意义的尝试和探索,成功地完成了圆钢机械连接接头型式检验各单项内容,由于该圆钢直径特别大,在某种意义上填补了国内该项试验的空白.  相似文献

电阻单元焊接头综合了熔化焊和机械连接的效果,其力学性能由2种连接方式共同决定,而三维有限元模型是研究铝钢电阻单元焊接头力学性能的有效手段.通过金相试验接头宏观形貌,结合硬度实验和经验公式确定接头各区域材料的力学性能,以此作为模型输入.通过该模型,对试验过程中接头断面的几何形貌演化规律以及应力分布特征进行了分析,并结合试验结果研究了接头的失效模式,为揭示接头失效机理提供了借鉴.  相似文献

依据BS7448试验标准,探讨了在低温下超大尺寸焊接接头裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)的试验及结果。测试了在0℃下埋弧焊工艺的大厚焊接接头焊缝金属和热影响区的CTOD断裂韧性,试验表明,试件均满足DNV标准规定的最小特征CTOD值为0.15mm的要求。试验结果为评价大尺寸焊接接头的焊后热处理规范提供了依据,95mm厚的D36钢板埋弧焊焊焊接接头可以在不进行焊后热处理的情况下使用,这对于海洋钢结构焊接来说,将大幅降低建造成本,具有巨大的经济意义。  相似文献

针对纵横向性能差异较大的纤维增强复合材料构件采用机械连接时,材料的弱方向也可能承受较大拉力作用的现实,设计了6组对比试验,研究了单螺栓连接时接头边距/孔径比的变化对其破坏模式与破坏荷载的影响规律并结合有限元对破坏机理进行了分析。结果表明:材料弱方向受拉的复合材料机械连接接头极容易发生孔边拉断破坏;增大边距/孔径比并不能控制接头不发生孔边拉断破坏,并且接头破坏荷载随边距/孔径比的增大逐渐趋于稳定。复合材料的弹脆性力学特点、孔边应力集中以及孔边应力分布随边距/孔径比的增大趋于稳定是以上试验现象发生的本质原因。  相似文献

介绍了一种由插接式接桩扣及预制件连接的增强型预应力混凝土离心桩,该接桩技术取消了传统接桩使用的连接钢板.通过对经加速劣化处理的管桩进行抗拉,抗剪试验以及有限元软件模拟抗弯试验对该接头进行论证,与传统焊接接头进行对比,发现该机械连接技术具有安全环保,快速便捷,耐久性好,经济效益显著等特点.  相似文献

为解决传统桩-塔脚现浇型连接接头存在的受拉性能差、施工周期长等问题,提出了一种新型预应力混凝土高强管桩(precast high-strength concrete pile,PHC)管桩-塔脚机械型连接接头。先通过理论分析对新型连接接头中的圆筒和腹板最小厚度进行确定,再利用ABAQUS软件对其进行轴向性能有限元分析,并将其与传统现浇型连接接头进行对比。研究结果表明:当圆筒厚度为10 mm、腹板厚度为10 mm时,其能满足单项承载力要求、整体承载力要求及经济性要求。在受压荷载下,传统现浇型连接接头最终因塔脚全域受压屈曲而破坏;机械型连接接头最终因连接主体中的圆筒和腹板全域屈服而破坏,其可满足同型号管桩-塔脚的受压设计承载力要求,且可选择增大圆筒厚度和腹板厚度来提高整体受压承载力。在受拉荷载下,现浇型连接接头最终因预埋件中锚筋与混凝土锚固力不足而发生拔出破坏,拉伸位移均为预埋件刚体位移,连接接头具有很差的延性。机械型连接接头最终因啮合式连接接头中的连接销受拉变形过大而破坏,其受拉承载力远大于现浇型受拉承载力且具有较好的延性。  相似文献

在1230~1260℃,0—5MPa下,采用氩气保护,以镍基合金中间层对T91钢管进行了瞬时液相扩散连接(TLP).运用对比试验分析了压力对接头显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:无压力连接时,TLP接头几乎没有塑性,显微组织与母材差距很远.得出在对T91钢管进行TLP连接时,压力为一必需参数且存在最佳范围.  相似文献

钢筋机械连接是通过钢筋与连接件的机械咬合作用或钢筋端面的承压作用,将一根钢筋中的力传递至另一根钢筋的连接方法。目前常用的钢筋机械连接接头类型有:套筒挤压接头、锥螺纹接头、镦粗直螺纹接头、滚轧直螺纹接头、熔融金属充填接头与水泥灌浆充填接头等。对于闪光对焊、电弧焊、电渣压力焊与气压焊等在建设工程中常用的焊接方式,除电渣压力焊对HRB335与HRB400牌号钢筋适用的最大直径为32mm外,其余的均为40mm。但在实际应用中,对于直径为28mm及其以上的钢筋,其焊接性能很不稳定。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
