大型泵站的压力管道在运行中的振动问题比较普遍,高频大幅的管道振动会严重影响泵站提水系统的安全稳定运行,特殊的运行工况和管道内不稳定的水流流态是引起压力管道振动的主要原因,对压力管道的振动特性进行测试可以反演分析引起管道振动的机理并评价其运行的稳定性.文中采用DASP软件对大型泵站的压力管道振动特性进行测试,通过对代表性测点的信号采集和信号分析,可得到管道的原位振动特性图像.测试结果表明:将基于DASP的测试技术应用于泵站压力管道的振动测试,不仅能够获得管道振动的实时测试信号和振动特性图谱,还可获得振动机理分析所需的更高的测试精度和效率,在工程实践中具有较好的推广价值.  相似文献

通过对GXD1泵站压力钢管的振动测试及分析,指出泵站压力钢管的振动通常是带有周期信号的随机振动或复合周期振动。其振因一般有水流的压力脉动,水泵叶轮重量的不平衡,叶轮与轴对中性不好,水泵偏离设计工况点运行,水泵发生汽蚀及压力钢管的布局及支撑不合理等因素。  相似文献

模态分析被广泛应用于大型工程结构的无损检测中,用振动模态对压力管道进行损伤分析,可以根据压力管道的一维连续性制质和横截面积性质,把应变表示为位移振动模态的函数,采用变化率的方法进行损伤识别。应用这种方法对由于损伤而导致管道刚度轻微的变化进行数值模拟,可以明显检测出其损伤位置。  相似文献

为了对充液管道的振动加以利用,研究其在非定常流激励下的动态特性,构建了以激波器为液压波动发生器的管道激振系统,建立管道液压激振的流-固耦合有限元数学模型,并求解了管道的动态响应.数值模拟结果表明:管内流体压力呈周期性冲击压力,其峰值压力是系统压力的数倍,且随系统压力的增大而增大;管道振动也呈现出周期冲击振动特性,并伴有高频谐波,冲击频率受控于激波器,振幅受控于系统压力,沿管道轴向两端振幅较大而中间较小,冲击振动主要由水击效应和固-液耦合的复合作用引起.设计了液压波动激振试验系统,仿真结果与实测数据符合较好,揭示了充液管道波动激励下的振动响应特性,为系统的振动主动控制提供了理论和数据支持.  相似文献

针对硬岩掘进机(TBM)工作过程中产生的强振动会改变空间管道动态特性的问题,基于流固耦合理论和有限元方法建立基础振动下空间管道的双向流固耦合仿真模型,并通过实验验证仿真模型的正确性。对有无基础振动下空间管道的动态特性进行对比分析;研究不同振动参数和结构参数对空间管道动态特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着基础振动频率增大,管道最大应力和出口压力波动幅值先增大后减小;随着基础振动幅值增大,管道最大应力和出口压力波动幅值均增大;随着管道曲率半径和中间直管长度增大,管道最大应力逐渐增大;随着管道内径增大,管道最大应力逐渐减小。  相似文献

目的研究大高差下长输集中供热干线中继泵站的设置条件,中继泵站在供热干线中的理论设置范围,中继泵站位置对长输供热干线上各种泵扬程的影响.方法采用传统的水力计算方法和流体动态模拟分析软件(AFT Fathom10),对山西省阳城电厂拟向晋城市区供热的23 km长距离供热输送管线进行可行性分析,研究在大高差下供热管道内的压降规律.结果 AFT Fathom模拟得出管线压力曲线,中继泵站的设置条件,得出了满足工况要求的中继泵站设置范围为距供热首站3 785~10 222 m.系统循环泵扬程为97.7 m,中继泵扬程为54.6~113 m,系统总扬程为210.7 m.AFT Fathom模拟管道压力可知大高程差对管道压力有着明显的影响;水压图分析可以确定系统中各泵的扬程及运行所需总扬程,且所需总扬程保持定值.结论设置中继泵站与隔压站相结合的供热工程方案,在大高差下可以同时满足输送干线及城区一级管网的压力等级.在满足输送需求的水力工况基础上,在中继泵站设置范围内,可现场勘察选出最合适的中继泵站设置位置.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
