6/6-SPS型Stewart并联机构运动学正解的研究

对具有半对称结构的6/6-SPS型Stewart并联机构的运动学正解进行了研究。建立了一类具有半对称结构的6/6-SPS型Stewart并联机构运动学正解的数学模型,构造了一个关于该并联机构动平台位置参数及姿态参数的多元多项式方程组。基于该方程组并采用Mathematica符号计算软件编制了基于Mathematica语言的6/6-SPS型Stewart并联机构运动学正解的求解程序,计算结果表明,对于任意给定的该并联机构的结构参数以及六个驱动杆杆长,该类6/6-SPS型Stewart并联机构的运动学正解在复数域内最多有28组解析解。     

调平二自由度球面并联机构运动学分析与求解

球面并联机构操作灵活、控制简单,尤其适合于飞行器运动模拟、光束指向控制及平台调平领域。为了提高调平效率,提出了一种适用于调平领域的球面并联机构,首先介绍该机构构型,由动平台、底座、两对称分布驱动支链及球副支腿构成。针对机构特点,基于螺旋理论分析机构自由度与约束,给出机构自由度矩阵与约束矩阵,得出该机构有2个转动自由度。依据构型建立机构坐标系,通过构造闭环矢量,建立驱动长度与动平台转动角度的数学模型并求得运动学逆解。利用3D模型进行运动学仿真,求解机构位移、速度、加速度。结果表明,所提出的机构具有较好的位移分辨率且结构简单,可作为倒装键合等调平机构的基础件,具有很好的应用价值。     

含恰约束支链的冗余驱动并联机构性能分析

针对航空航天领域大型异构件复杂曲面的高速铣削加工的任务要求,提出了一种新型1T2R的三自由度含恰约束支链的冗余驱动4-PUS-UP并联机构.对并联机构进行运动学位置逆解,求该机构的驱动雅可比矩阵和约束雅可比矩阵,进而构建量纲一致的雅可比矩阵.引入条件数、运动/力传递性能和刚度性能评价指标.通过算例绘制3-PUS-UP并联机构和该冗余驱动并联机构的性能分布图,并计算全域性能指标.结果表明:该冗余驱动并联机构的运动学性能优于3-PUSUP并联机构,具有更好的工程应用前景.     

一种面向低频隔振的两自由度球面并联机构

针对两转动自由度低频隔振的需求,基于球面并联机构理论提出了一种两转动自由度球面并联隔振装置。从机构学的角度对其进行了工作原理分析和自由度计算,并完成了隔振平台的虚拟样机设计。采用连杆参数的D-H表示法,以连杆圆弧张角为约束条件建立了机构的约束方程,实现了其运动学逆解,并基于数值方法给出了运动学正解的求解过程及正逆解算例。分析和仿真结果表明:所设计的两自由度球面并联机构可操控性强、运动学模型合理有效,能够满足隔振平台所需的低频隔振性能需求。     

3PSS并联机构的运动学分析

对3PSS并联机构动平台的结构进行了分析,在此基础上,对该机构进行了运动分析、速度分析和奇异性分析,并对该机构进行了运动学仿真,为该并联机构工作规律的确定及动平台的轨迹规划奠定了基础.     

一种2R1T并联机构的设计及分析

设计了一种带封闭支链的2R1T并联机构,该机构主体由定平台、动平台、两条RPS支链和一个(S+SPR)S的封闭支链组成。2R1T并联机构具有三个自由度,包括两个转运和一个移动自由度。设置三个移动副为驱动副控制动平台的位置及姿态,分别由伺服电机驱动。应用SolidWorks建立2R1T并联机构的三维模型,并在SolidWorks里进一步优化模型实现从理论运动模型到实物模型的过渡转换。运用粒子群优化算法通过数值法求得并联机构的位置正解。运用Adams软件输出动平台质心的运动线图,根据运动线图判断机构运动学的合理性。     

基于螺旋理论的3-RRR并联机构设计与仿真

基于螺旋理论分析了一种3-RRR并联机构的自由度和构型.通过分析动平台和各分支机构的约束螺旋系,构造3-RRR串联分支,运用修正Crübler-Kutabath公式计算出其自由度满足3个转动自由度.基于虚拟样机技术建立3-RRR并联机构虚拟仿真模型,进行正向运动学仿真和工作空间分析,从而找到该机构存在的缺陷,为少自由度并联机构运动学和动力学分析提供保证.     

基于并联机构的踝关节康复机器人研究

针对踝关节的康复运动问题,提出一种3-RRS/SS踝关节康复并联机构,进行该并联机构的运动学建模及虚拟样机仿真分析,分析结果表明,并联机构能实现三个方向的旋转运动.研制踝关节康复并联机构样机,实施样机控制,控制的结果表明,并联机构的运动范围能满足人体踝关节康复运动需求.     

3自由度冗余驱动下肢康复并联机构的运动学优化设计

研究了一种用于下肢康复的3自由度冗余驱动并联机构的概念设计和运动学优化.首先对该3自由度并联机构进行了简要介绍,然后推导了其运动学正逆解的解析解.基于螺旋理论,对该机构进行了广义雅可比分析,通过对4种非冗余驱动情形的力/运动传递性能分析,提出了一种用于评价该并联机构运动学性能的局部传递率指标.最后,借助于遗传算法,通过最大化局部传递率指标的全域平均值对该机构的设计变量进行了优化.运动学优化的结果表明,本文所提出的并联机构在其工作空间内具有较好的力/运动传递性能.     

一种可用于“菲涅耳”光学助降装置稳定平台的并联机构设计

针对"菲涅耳"光学助降装置稳定平台的要求,提出一种能够实现一个方向移动和两个方向转动的空间3自由度并联机构.在航母横摇角、纵摇角以及升沉位移已知的条件下,通过并联机构的运动学分析可以求得驱动滑块的位移方程.分析结果表明该机构适用于"菲涅耳"光学助降装置稳定平台机构.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
