改进型人工鱼群算法及复杂函数全局优化方法   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在分析人工鱼群算法存在不足的基础上,对人工鱼群算法加以改进,提出了一种改进型人工鱼群算法。该算法提高了全局搜索能力和收敛速度,并用于求解具有变量边界约束的非线性复杂函数最优化问题。仿真结果表明,改进后的人工鱼群算法具有精度高、搜索速度快等特点,是一种求解复杂函数全局最优化的智能算法。  相似文献

通过对人工鱼群算法的研究,给出了改进的人工鱼群算法。采用最优个体保留策略对觅食行为进行改进,防止群体中最优个体的退化;给出加速个体局部搜索方法,改进算法中的聚群行为和追尾行为,使全局最优值更快地突现出来;根据双射的定义和性质,在不影响最终寻优结果的情况下对问题的搜索域进行"缩小",从而加速了全局搜索。仿真结果表明改进的人工鱼群算法具有求解精度高、寻优成功率高、收敛速度快、算法稳定等优点。  相似文献

针对人工鱼群算法(AFSA)存在收敛速度慢和寻优精度低等问题,本文提出了一种改进人工鱼群算法(IAFSA).该算法中的人工鱼能够根据鱼群当前状态调整自身的视野和步长来平衡局部搜索和全局搜索.此外,算法中还加入了引导行为,即人工鱼在觅食行为未发现更优的位置时,当前人工鱼向最优人工鱼移动一步.仿真结果表明,改进人工鱼群算法在收敛速度、寻优精度和克服局部极值等方面有很大优势.本文将改进鱼群算法应用时滞系统的辨识中,辨识结果表明改进算法能获取被控对象的精准数学模型,并具有较强的抗干扰能力.  相似文献

针对传统的信号配时算法无法适用于过饱和流量的交叉口的限制,结合模拟退火算法初值鲁棒性和局部收敛精度高的特点改进人工鱼群算法以提升其全局搜索能力,然后综合考虑周期时长、绿灯时间和饱和度等作为约束条件,以交叉口车均延误最小为目标函数构建信号配时优化模型,分别利用单一智能算法(模拟退火算法,人工鱼群算法)及其组合改进算法(模拟退火改进人工鱼群算法)对模型进行求解,并对现状方案和3种智能算法求解方案情况下的交叉口整体车均延误进行对比。结果表明,模拟退火改进人工鱼群算法的效果明显优于现状和单一算法,在迭代的初期便能非常接近最优解和稳定下降趋势,表现出快速寻优能力,验证了模拟退火改进人工鱼群算法的可行性与适用性。  相似文献

在分析国内人工鱼群算法相关研究的基础上,针对其易陷入局部最优和发生振荡现象的缺点,在标准人工鱼群算法中增加时变衰减函数起到衰减因子的作用,优化其时间参数的取值,对人工鱼群智能算法求解过程中觅食行为的视野以及步长的取值进行优化完善;增加鱼群的跳跃过程及变异因子,避免求解过程中早熟现象的产生,保证其最优解为全局最优.研究了传统与改进算法的求解过程及步骤,最后,以常用的3个测试函数为算例对其进行测试,对比分析传统与改进算法之间的区别,对测试的结果进行分析,得到改进的人工鱼群算法具有求解精度高、收敛速度快、寻优能力强的特点.  相似文献

针对TSP问题的特点,在经典最近邻点法基础上对其运行方式加以改进,结合基本人工鱼群算法的优势,对基本人工鱼群算法加以改进。利用改进最近邻点法为基本人工鱼群算法构造多个较优初始解,进而改进基本人工鱼群法的觅食行为。改进后的人工鱼群算法能更有效地搜索全局最优解。选取典型的TSP问题实例进行实验仿真,验证该算法的有效性。实验表明,改进后的人工鱼群算法在求解旅行商问题时,比基本人工鱼群算法搜索效果更好,寻优性能更强。  相似文献

为了克服人工鱼群算法容易收敛于局部最优和解精度不高的缺点,提出了一种新的小生境人工鱼群算法(NAFS)。在算法后期根据鱼群聚集程度引入小生境排挤机制,维持种群的多样性。为了说明该算法的有效性,利用压缩映射定理从理论上证明了该算法的全局收敛性。最后,通过在四个典型Benchmark函数上的实验,并与差异演化算法、粒子群算法、鱼群算法对比,证明该算法的解精度比原始人工鱼群算法有较大的提高。  相似文献

针对人工鱼群算法精度不高,后期收敛速度慢等缺点,文章提出了一种基于文化算法框架的遗传人工鱼群优化算法。该算法利用文化算法框架,建立了遗传算法优化的信仰空间和人工鱼群算法优化的种群空间,两个空间并行演化,同时通过接受函数和影响函数相互促进,克服了人工鱼群算法易陷入局部极值导致后期收敛速度慢和精度不高的缺点。通过对4个基准测试函数进行求解,表明了该算法相比基本鱼群算法在求解过程中精度更高,鲁棒性更强,收敛速度更快。  相似文献

由于服饰产品是一种时效性很强的商品,而且服饰产品在配送过程中可以外包给快递公司进行配送,对带外包和硬时间窗的服饰运输调度问题(Apparel products Vehicle Routing Problem with Hard Time Windows and Outsourcing,AVRPHTWO)进行分析,并构建了AVRPHTWO、一般性VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem)和VRPSTW(Vehicle Routing Problem with Soft Time Windows)的数学模型,通过对基本的人工鱼群算法(artificial fish swarm algorithm,AFSA)进行改进,混沌搜索被引入人工鱼群算法来提高算法的全局收敛性,反馈策略用来指导人工鱼的移动,以此来提高收敛精度。应用混沌人工鱼群算法(chaotic artificial fish swarm algorithm,CAFSA)及遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)对所建立的三种模型求解,通过对实验数据进行处理,证明了AVRPHTWO模型和混沌人工鱼群算法求解此类模型的有效性,进一步证明了问题模型的复杂程度影响算法寻优能力,问题模型简单时,遗传算法更优;问题模型复杂时,混沌人工鱼群算法更优。  相似文献

分析了人工鱼算法(AFSA)存在的不足,在保持AFSA算法基本行为的基础上,提出了在觅食行为过程中采用基于交换列表的排序法,在随机移动行为中采用自适应的小范围移动行为的改进人工鱼群算法。根据置换Flow Shop调度问题的数学模型,给出了基于改进的人工鱼群算法的置换Flow Shop调度问题的求解策略,并详细讨论了求解步骤。仿真实验结果表明:该算法具有较强的全局搜索能力、更高的搜索效率,同时验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
