为了研究江油附子不同品种的生理和生长发育特性,选用了来自不同地区的五个附子主要品种,分析测定了其与氮代谢关系密切的谷草转氨酶(ALT/GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(AST/GPT)活性动态变化.结果表明,从3月25日至7月25日间,各附子品种ALT/GOT和AST/GPT活性总体上表现为前期变化不大,后期迅速增长的变化特性,反映了附子植株的生长和发育特性;不同品种的酶活性及其变化特性间存在较大差异,反映了不同附子品种间存在较大的遗传差异.研究认为,应该加强江油附子的品种资源研究和规范管理,以提高附子产品质量和及其稳定性.  相似文献

1977~1989年,我国按一雄配多雌,饲养雌性黑叶猴22头,共怀孕90胎,育成66仔,成活率达73%。母猴的发情无季节性,持续时间为2.57±0.68d,发情周期为22.5±7.93d。母猴因流产、早产、新生儿死亡、哺乳期夭折平均经75±27.42d后恢复发情交配。怀孕期为184±15d。胎盘属血绒膜型胎盘,重117.7±23.18g、脐长24.83±3.25cm,脐中段外径0.48±0.04cm,胎盘大18.38±2.76cm×7.25±1.2cm。在正常情况下,母猴的一个生殖周期为17.42±1.79个月。乳齿8d龄开始萌出;半岁长齐,20枚。2岁2个月龄至4岁为齿的更替期。4岁10个月龄后长齐,32枚,恒齿。仔猴4岁10月龄前平均月增重为115.69±51.02g。雌性3.96±0.53岁、雄性5.5~6岁性成熟。  相似文献

目的 探讨成年比格犬(Beagle)的血液细胞计数及血液生化指标的特性。方法 采用日本光电MEK - 5 1 2 6血球计数仪、荷兰半自动生化仪对7月龄及8月龄的比格犬血液细胞计数及血液生化指标进行测定。结果 7月龄比格犬的Hgb、TP、ALP和Ca ,雌性高于雄性;UA、LDH -L、Cl和Mg指标,雄性高于雌性;8月龄比格犬的中性细胞和Cre ,雄性高于雌性;CK、TP、LDH -L、Ca、K、Na ,雌性高于雄性。年龄之间比较:8月龄比格犬的单核细胞、TiBil、TG、GPT、TP、A1b、Ca、Na比7月龄的高,G1u、CK比7月龄的低。其它指标差异不显著。结论 成年比格犬的某些血液生理生化指标在不同性别和年龄段上存在差异。总体指标比较稳定,反映出该群体是一个遗传性比较稳定的封闭群体。  相似文献

用羟磷灰石放射分析法分析大鼠心脏胞浆、胞核雌激素受体,表明大鼠心脏雌激素受体具有可饱和性、低容量和高亲和力、甾体特异性和稳定结合等特性;饱和分析表明雌、雄鼠心脏胞浆雌激素受体最大结合容量分别为6.91±1.08fmol/mg蛋白质和6.05±0.93fmol/mg蛋白质((?)±SD),雌鼠心脏胞核雌激素受体最大结合容量为138.3±23.8 fmol/mg DNA((?)±SD);单点分析测得雌、雄鼠心脏胞浆雌激素受体的饱和容量分别为4.25±0.72fmol/mg蛋白质(n=10)和3.98±0.87fmol/mg蛋白质(n=10)((?)±SD),雌鼠心脏胞核雌激素受体的饱和容量为113.45±2.87fmol/mg DNA(n=10)((?)±SD)。相同5份雌鼠心脏胞浆、胞核雌激素受体的最大结合容量的变异系数分别为3.69%和7.46%,表明此方法重复性好。  相似文献

选28日龄艾维菌(AVIAV)肉仔鸡120只,随机分为4组,1组饮自来水(对照组),2、3、4组分别饮添加0.18%、0.26%、0.34%氯化钾(KCl)的水(试验组).舍温控制在34±1℃,试验期四周,测定KCl对高温条件下肉仔鸡钾、钠代谢的影响.结果表明:饮水中添加KCl,肉仔鸡血清K+浓度高于对照组,但差异不显著,血清Na+前两周3、4组显著低于1组,以后趋于一致;K+的排泄量随食入量的增加而增高,Na+的排泄量后三周3、4组高于对照组;K+、Na+存留量各组间无显著差异.  相似文献

我们研制了以新鲜梅花鹿胎盘为主要成份的保健品梅花鹿宫精Ⅱ号,用以提高人体的运动能力,共检测了11项与运动及疲劳有关的生化指标,即肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HB-DH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)、血清葡萄糖(GLU)、谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶(GO/GP)肌酸(GRE)乳酸(Lactate),结果有4项指标出现有意义的变化,GPT变化为服药1天后,给药组GPT活性比对照组提高120.97%(P<0.01),服药5天后,给药组GPT活性比对照组提高123.96%(P<0.01),ICDH变化为,服药1天后给药组ICDH活性比对照组提高59.01%(P<0.05),服药5天后,ICDH活性比对照组提高53.83%(P<0.05);CK的变化为服药5天后,给药组CK活性比对照组提高40.78%(P<0.05);血清葡萄糖浓度变化为服药1天后,给药组血清葡萄糖比对照组提高42.07%(P<0.01),服药5天后,给药组血清葡萄糖比对照组提高43.37%(P<0.01)。  相似文献

研究了蒺藜皂甙对大强度训练大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH、BUN、睾酮水平生化指标的影响。对雄性SD大鼠进行7周大强度跑台训练,采用递增强度跑台训练,建立大强度耐力运动模型。结果显示:力竭运动后,蒺藜皂甙组大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH活性明显低于空白对照组(p<0.05p<0.01);蒺藜皂甙组大鼠血清BUN含量较空白对照组有显著的降低(p<0.01);蒺藜皂甙组大鼠血清睾酮水平明显高于空白对照组(p<0.01)。表明:蒺藜皂甙能减轻大强度耐力运动对大鼠肝脏、心肌、骨骼肌等组织细胞的损伤;蒺藜皂甙能提高大鼠睾酮水平,降低运动大鼠体内蛋白质分解,从而延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的产生。  相似文献

越冬代亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)的老熟滞育幼虫,由田间引入实验室后,终止滞育发育的历期参差不齐,越冬代成虫羽化早的与晚的相差可达20多天。本实验观察了不同时期羽化的成虫,对其子代的发育有何影响。观察结果表明,早期羽化的成虫其所生之后代,正常化蛹率高,可达61.63%;蛹重也较重,雌蛹重106.33±8.51mg((?)±SE,下同),雄蛹重70.76±5.81mg。中期羽化成虫的后代,各项指标居中,正常化蛹率为59.52%,雌蛹重82.33±8.97mg,雄蛹重61.47±8.88mg。而晚期羽化成虫所生之后代,则正常化蛹率最低,只约50.15%,蛹重也最低,雌蛹重79.88±6.67mg,雄蛹重58.18±6.41mg。性比值(雄/雌)从早期,中期至晚期羽化者的后代由高变低,分别为1.05、0.93和0.89,意义不明,可能是雄虫发育一般早于雌虫之故。从本实验结果可以看出,人工饲养玉米螟中,引进野生种群时,宜选用早期终止滞育羽化的成虫所产之卵繁衍后代,生命力较强,种群质量较高。  相似文献

为研究罗汉果叶黄酮提取物抗氧化损伤的保护作用,为罗汉果叶资源的开发利用提供理论依据,选用健康雄性SD大鼠40只,2~3月龄,体质量180~220g,随机分成5组,每组8只,即:安静对照组、安静力竭组、给药力竭组、训练力竭组、训练给药力竭组。给药量以生理盐水配成含罗汉果叶黄酮提取物20g/L的溶液,给药组按10.0mL/(kg.d-1)灌胃给药,对照组灌服同等剂量的生理盐水。在递增负荷游泳训练28d后,各组进行3%的负重力竭性游泳训练,准确记录力竭时间后即刻断头取血(安静对照组同时取血),测定血浆、心脏、肝脏和股四头肌的GOT、GPT和CK指标,并且在光学显微镜下观察心脏、肝脏和股四头肌病理组织学变化。结果表明,灌注罗汉果叶黄酮提取物可分别提高游泳至力竭后大鼠心肌、肝脏及股四头肌细胞特异酶GOT、GPT、CK的活性,降低血浆中相应酶的活性;通过光学显微镜对组织切片观察,发现服用罗汉果叶黄酮提取物的大鼠心肌、肝脏及股四头肌细胞膜均比未服药的对照组完整,发生破裂、变形的比例大大降低,说明罗汉果叶黄酮提取物对心肌、肝脏及股四头肌细胞膜具有较好的保护作用,在一定程度上保证了细胞膜的完整性及流动性。  相似文献

SPF级Wistar大鼠血液学及血生化指标正常值范围探讨   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的建立本实验室毒理学安全性评价中大鼠血液学及血生化指标的正常值范围;比较断头采血与麻醉后腹主脉采血对生化指标测定结果的影响。方法收集本实验室近三年来2~3月龄的正常SPF级Wistar大鼠血液学和血生化指标的数值,按照正态分布原理推断其95%可信度正常值范围,并比较了雌雄性别和两种不同采血方式的结果差异。结果(1)血液学指标中的WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT计数雌雄间无差异,但白细胞分类雌雄性别有差异;(2)血生化指标检测结果雌雄性别有差异,其中断头处死采血方式中,雌性大鼠血清ALT、AST、TG比雄性大鼠低,雌性大鼠TP、Alb、TCH比雄性大鼠高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);戊巴比妥钠麻醉后腹主脉采血方式中,雌性大鼠ALT、GLU、TG比雄性大鼠低,雌性大鼠AST、TP、Alb、BUN、TCH雄性大鼠高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)两种采血方式对生化指标有一定影响,断头采血的ALT、AST、TP、Alb、BUN、TCH、TG值较戊巴比妥钠麻醉后腹主动脉采血的测定值高,有统计学意义(P<0.01),而断头采血的GLU、CRE值较戊巴比妥钠麻醉后腹主动脉采血的测定值低,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。确立了本实验室雌雄性别Wistar大鼠血常规、血生化正常值范围。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
