为提高板坯高效连铸二冷水的动态控制水平,在满足生产实时性要求的传热模型基础上,引入遗传算法对二冷区各段水量进行编码,并根据板坯连铸配水所遵循的冶金准则确定多目标优化的适应度函数,该遗传算法与冶金准则、传热模型集成的优化配水方法避免了经验方法的适应性不足,改进了传统优化方法在解决多目标优化非线性求解时搜索效率低下的问题.从攀钢炼钢厂板坯连铸过程的仿真计算和现场测试结果可以看出,优化后的配水方案较优化前相比,水量可节约2%,同时配水沿着拉坯方向水量逐渐递减,符合铸坯质量控制的要求.  相似文献

针对集卡、堆场起吊设备和岸桥设备在集装箱船舶装卸作业时的规划问题提出了一个起吊设备一车辆的规划模型.模型对岸桥装载规划、堆场起吊设备路径选择和集卡分配进行了系统的优化,其优化目标是相关设备的空闲和堆场起吊设备空驶时间的最小化.针对模型提出一种改进的遗传算法,并根据其特性减少了搜索空间.实验表明,上述模型针对整个装载过程获得了系统模拟结果,其算法在允许的运算时间内能获得稳定的满意解.  相似文献

采用正交实验法,通过人工添加氧化物改变磷矿中各组分的含量,研究了四川金河磷矿酸解的优化组成,得到了磷矿各组分的优化配比,并通过数学软件SPSS进行回归分析得到各组成与磷矿分解率和五氧化二磷收率之间的函数关系式,为人工配矿提供了理论基础,为四川磷矿的开采利用提供了有利的途径。  相似文献

针对爆堆品位分布不均时,露天矿多元素多卸矿点配矿而造成配矿时间长、配矿结果粗略等问题,提出了基于目标规划的露天矿自动化配矿优化方法.将爆堆离散化为若干规则单元块,采用地质统计学方法,以岩粉取样数据为基础,实现对爆堆品位的精细化预测;考虑元素配矿优先级的同时,以品位偏差最小为目标函数,建立基于目标规划的露天矿配矿优化模型;用C++语言编程并调用LPSlove求解器求解,输出露天矿配矿优化方案并自动圈定爆堆采掘范围.该方法应用于内蒙古某大型多金属露天矿,配矿解算快速,其配矿结果在品位指标允许的误差范围之内,极大提高了配矿效率.  相似文献

为提高集装箱码头堆场作业效率和降低运营成本,对堆场箱位分配及多场桥调度协同优化问题进行了研究.采用分区域平衡策划方法进行场地策划,考虑场桥间安全距离和场桥作业量均衡,以场桥移动成本和空闲成本之和最小为目标,建立集装箱堆场箱位分配及多场桥调度协同优化模型.为增强遗传算法的全局搜索能力,将模拟退火思想引入到遗传算法进化过程中,设计模拟退火遗传算法进行求解.通过数值实验验证了算法的有效性,并针对箱区不同规模的出口箱量进行实验分析,结果表明分区域平衡策划方法可以更好地解决箱位分配及多场桥调度协同优化问题.  相似文献

研究了以云浮黄铁矿原矿配矿和浮选矿配矿的焙烧产物中铊的分布和环境贡献.结果表明,二种不同配矿方式的焙烧产物中,铊的集散规律不同;同一种配矿方式下,铊富集的次序为:微飞灰>洗涤渣>旋风渣>锅炉渣>炉底渣.表明黄铁矿焙烧时,焙烧产物中铊的分布既与矿石中的铊含量、赋存状态和焙烧工况有关,也受矿石的破碎和焙烧特性的影响.黄铁矿制酸,随硫酸尾气直接排入大气中的铊,浮选矿配矿为18%,原矿配矿为4%,通过各种除尘设备去除的铊约30%.而以硫酸渣作铁添加剂生产水泥时,约5.6%的铊直接排入大气,约43%的铊会进入水泥粉尘,故应注意硫酸和水泥粉尘中铊的防治和回收.  相似文献

针对城市交通信号控制面临的多目标优化问题,提出了利用遗传算法实现多目标优化的方法.分析了城市交通信号控制多目标优化的本质及特点,采用基于遗传算法的多目标优化方法,提出了信号控制多层模糊控制模型,以平均延误和停车次数作为优化目标,采用遗传算法中的随机权重方法来进行该模型的多目标综合优化,给出了各模型参数的计算方法和优化步骤,最后进行了仿真试验.仿真结果表明,给出的多目标优化方法优于传统的多目标固定权重方法,可以获得更好的交通信号控制效果.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
