基于无线移动衰落信道下的OFDM系统传输模型和信号周期平稳特性理论,通过计算接收序列的周期自相关函数,证明了过抽样的OFDM系统接收序列的周期平稳特性,为基于周期平稳特性的信号处理算法设计提供理论支持.理论分析和仿真结果显示,衰落信道下,过抽样的OFDM系统接收序列具有周期平稳特性,其循环周期为一个OFDM符号长度的Q倍,其中Q是过抽样因子.  相似文献

编码序列和非编码序列中核苷酸关联性质的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
定义了核苷酸序列的信息关联和16种碱基关联,并求得了它们的涨落限。从关联长度和关联强度两个方面研究了编码序列和包含编码区和非编码区的全序列的核苷酸关联性质,并用快速付立叶分析的方法研究了关联的周期性。结果表明,编码序列的信息关联的主极大超过涨落限的7 ̄10倍(高等生物),全序列则为15 ̄19倍,主极大强度与进化有一定的相关性,原核大于真核。80%以上的序列的主极大分布在紧邻和次紧邻范围。当α-cu  相似文献

0-1测试法是通过离散数据转化变量的线性增长率K(c)的输出值是否趋近于1或0来判断离散序列是否具有混沌特性的新方法.以经典Verhulst种群模型生成的3组时间序列(弱混沌、完全混沌、3-周期)为研究对象,对不同的增长因子!和数据长度N进行序列模拟,验证0-1测试方法的有效性和抗噪性.结果显示:0-1测试法能有效识别Verhulst序列的混沌特征,其中弱混沌序列K(c)值随数据长度的增加不断增大到0.700 3,完全混沌序列的K(c)值趋于1,3-周期序列K(c)值趋于0;进一步对3种序列添加正态白噪声(噪声比=5%),添加后对应K(c)值的变化不大,说明低强度噪声并不能影响其序列具有的内在非线性特性,即0-1测试法具有一定的抗噪性.  相似文献

针对基于RCS序列估计进动周期出现加倍误判的问题,首先分析弹道中段进动目标RCS序列的统计特性及其周期性特点,然后通过理论分析指出以周期长度采样的样本集合之间必然具有相似性的假设是传统AMDF函数产生加倍误判问题的主要原因,最后分析并证明了当序列长度不等于周期的整数倍时,CAMDF函数具有克服加倍误判问题的特性,提出一种基于改进CAMDF的进动周期估计方法。仿真实验表明,该方法能够有效克服周期估计中的加倍误判问题。  相似文献

基于mtDNA COI基因序列对贵州、湖北和四川的盐肤木(Rhus chinensis Mill.)种群进行遗传变异分析.研究共测得盐肤木9个种群50个个体的mtDNA COI基因长度为1.37kb的序列,在测得的序列中有3个核苷酸位点存在变异(占所测核苷酸序列的0.22%),T、C、A、G 4种核苷酸的组成分别为34.1%、21.8%、22.5%、21.6%,其中A+T含量(56.6%)高于G+C含量(43.4%).共检测到3个单倍型(HapA、HapB和HapC),HapA出现在所有种群中,是出现频率最高的单倍型,占所测序列的90%,该单倍型可能是祖先单倍型;HapB由安县的1个个体和竹山的3个个体共享,而HapC只存在于榕江的1个个体.分析表明盐肤木种群具低水平单倍型多样性(0.000 2)和核苷酸多样性(0.187 0),基于该基因序列的盐肤木种群间遗传多样性和遗传分化均较小.  相似文献

基因活化剂使用浓度(A)设3个水平:375×(A1),750×(A2),1-500×(A3),处理时间(B)设3个水平:浸渍尖梢苗基部0.5-h(B1),1-h(B2),2-h(B3),处理后培养在改良Hoagland培养液基中,5-d后测定根系长度和面积.结果表明:A1、A2和A3的根系长度分别比对照(177.88-cm)提高了0.88倍、1.34倍和0.89倍,根系面积分别比对照(9.57-cm2)提高了1.70倍、5.09倍和1.45倍;B1、B2和B3的根系长度分别比对照提高了0.91倍、1.31倍和0.90倍,根系面积分别提高了3.94倍、2.39倍和1.93倍,与对照差异均达显著水平(p<0.05),不同水平间差异极显著(p<0.01).A2B2是最佳水平组合,其根系长度比对照提高了1.38倍,根系面积提高了4.91倍.用750倍基因活化剂浸渍尖梢苗基部1-h,可显著促进紫色甘薯的根系生长.  相似文献

总结了序列编码区的统计特征。1.信息参致(?)X对进化的依赖;2.关联长度的分布;3.子序列参数的特异性;4.编码区长度与进化水平无关;5.重复区长度的冻结现象;6.重复片段具有大的D_f和偏置的GC含量。为了解释这些特征,本文提出假设:生命形成伊始,有一个序列长度的突涨阶段一一序列(编码区)在较短的时间内,通过重复,拼接而迅速变长。当序列达到了一定长度以后,才开始以碱基突变和选择为主的阶段,以及真核以后的内含子插入机制阶段。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
