一种D-π-D-π-A结构化合物的合成表征及光学性质   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
报道一种新型的D-π-D-π-A结构的化合物:3-(4-溴苯乙烯基)-6-[(4-乙烯基吡啶)苯乙烯基]-N-乙基咔唑的合成.采用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析对目标化合物的结构进行了表征.测试了其紫外吸收光谱、单光子荧光光谱、单光子荧光寿命以及双光子荧光光谱.研究表明,目标化合物具有好的单光子荧光性质和强的双光子吸收效应.  相似文献

Two-photon absorption (TPA) and frequencyupconversion properties of a new upconversion laser dyetrans-4-[p-(N-hydroxyethyl-N-methyl-amino)styryl]-N-methylpyridinium toluene-p-sulfonate (abbreviated to HMASPS) were reported in this note. The linear absorption, TPA, single-photon induced fluorescence, TPA induced fluorescence and TPA induced upconverted lasing spectra of HMASPS solution in dimethyl formamide (abbreviated to DMF) were measured at room temperature. The red shift for the central wavelength of TPA induced fluorescence peak, which was compared with that of the single-photon induced fluorescence peak, and the blue shift for that of TPA induced upconverted lasing compared with that of TPA induced fluorescence, were explained by using re-absorption effect. TPA peak was at 930 nm. There is an 11 nm blue shift for two-photon energy of TPA peak compared with the linear absorption peak. The molecular TPA cross-section σ2 9′ at 1064 nm was measured to be 6.0×10−48 cm4 · s/photon by using the open aperture Z-scanning system. The highest upconversion efficiency was measured to be 8.4% at 1064 nm.  相似文献

The protective role of a human erythrocyte-derived depressing factor (EDDF) on blood vessels was evaluated. The experiments were carried out on 25male Wistar rats aged 6-8 weeks, which were divided into control (n = 8), calcium overload (n = 8) and NG-L-nitro-arginine hypertensive model groups (L-NNA,n = 9), respectively. The isolated vascular ring perfusion assay, two-photon laser scanning fluorescence microscopy (TPM) and transmitted electron microscope were used to examine the effect of EDDF on vascular function and ultrastructure. Results showed that the contractile response of calcium overload rats and L-NNA rats to phenylephrine (PE) was significantly enhanced compared with that of the control (P < 0.05), and EDDF (10-3 g @mL-1) remarkably decreased the vascular contractile response of control's and calcium overload rats (P < 0.05),while EDDF had no effect on that of L-NNA rats. EDDF also alleviated the ultrastructural lesion of aorta VSMC in calcium overload rats by easing the abnormal in the nucleus, mitochondrion and other organell. It is concluded that EDDF could efficiently protect blood vessels against injury by influencing Ca2+ transport and ameliorating the lesion of VSMC, and further supported the hypothesis that the NO-cGMP pathway might contribute to the vasodilation and partially antihypertensive mechanism of EDDF.``  相似文献

运用 AIM理论在 B97D 水平上计算了2-丁炔-1,4-二基二(2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯基碳酸酯)1,2-丁炔-1,4-二基二(4-氟苯基碳酸酯)2及2-丁炔-1,4-二基二(2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯氨基甲酸酯)3中的分子间有机氟 C -H…F -C 氢键.这些分子间氢键为闭壳相互作用.尽管晶体1中 H…F 距离接近经典氢键,但是该有机氟氢键仍为弱氢键.NBO 分析表明,研究的有机氟 C -H…F -C 氢键存在明显的电荷转移,用电荷转移合理地解释了分子1采取顺式结构.  相似文献

New approaches of making single chain Fv antibodies against O6-methyl-2′-deoxyguanosine (O6MdG) have been demonstrated by using the phage antibody display system. Using O6MdG as an antigen, 21 positive clones were identified by ELISA from this library, one of which, designated H3, specifically binds to O6MdG with high affinity. The H3 scFv antibody has an affinity constant (Kaff) of 5.94×10O11(mol/L)-1. H3 scFv has been successfully used to detect O6MdG in DNA hydrolyses from yeast or E. coli cells treated with a DNA methylating agent. To our knowledge, this is the first report of the selection of a specific scFv against DNA adducts. The results demonstrate the potential applications of the phage display technology for the detection of DNA lesions caused by mutagens and carcinogens.  相似文献

通过圆二色谱、稳态吸收光谱、稳态荧光光谱和皮秒时间分辩荧光光谱研究了meso-四(4-(N-甲基吡啶基))卟啉(TMPyP4)与端粒DNA5′-TTAGGG-3′(S6)的结合机理.稳态光谱实验结果表明,在没有金属离子的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,S6DNA以单链的形式存在,TMPyP4与单链DNA的结合常数为1.51×106(mol/L)-1,饱和结合数为1.2.通过时间分辨荧光光谱对二者相互作用的机理进行了进一步研究,推测了TMPyP4与单链S6DNA之间的结合模式.  相似文献

通过Suzuki反应,合成了两种新型的咔唑衍生物:9-己基-3,6-二(2-噻吩)咔唑(1)和9-己基-3,6-二苯咔唑(2),并利用1HNMR、13C NMR、IR、MS和X-射线单晶衍射对它们的结构进行了表征.同时,利用紫外可见光谱、单光子荧光激发谱和理论计算对它们的光学性质进行了研究,结果表明:测量的单光子吸收性能和理论计算的结果比较符合;并进一步对它们的双光子吸收截面进行了理论预测:分别为177.51GM(1)和191.55 GM(2).  相似文献

Photosensitized splitting of cis-syn 1,3-dimethyluracil dimer by tryptophan (Trp) and its peptides (Trp-Tyr and Trp-Phe) is studied by fluorescence quenching experiments and irradiation experiments.It reveals that 1,3-dimethyluracil dimer is mainly split by e?-?aq resulting from two-photon ionization of Trp and its peptides under irradiation with light (λ>290 nm).Moreover,the excited singlet state of Trp and its peptides can transfer an electron to the dimer,which splits and gives two pyrimidines.In addition,because of its lower oxidative potential,the excited triplet state of Trp-Tyr can also split the dimer via transfering an electron to the dimer.  相似文献

The interaction of Ru(phen)2(dppz)2+(phen=1,10-phenanthroline,dppz=dipyrido[3,2−1:2′,3′−c]phenazine) and the calfthymus DNA were studied with fluorescence and ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy. The ultraviolet visible absorption spectrum of Ru(phen)2(dppz)2+ calfthymus DNA, and their interaction demonstrated that Ru(phen)2(dppz)2+ intercalated into the double helix of DNA via the ligand dppz. Fe(CN)6 4− and NaCl can not quench the fluorescence of Ru(phen)2(dppz)2+-DNA, which was in agreement with the intercalation mode. 基于tiles理论模型和已有DNA自组装模型,结合最大团问题给出基于DNA自组装模型的算法设计,得到具体设计初始分子、规则分子和检测分子所需的DAE块种类.在此基础上采用荧光标记和凝胶电泳生物操作提出了一种求解最大团问题算法.该算法设计tiles的种类为Θ(n2+|E|),其生物操作复杂性为Θ(1).此算法降低了实验的复杂度,而且保证了实验的易操作性和结果的准确性。  相似文献

Combined with the fluorescence labeling technique, two-photon microscopy excited with femtosecond pulse laser has become an important tool for neuroscience research. In this research, the calcium signals from neurons in rat cortex slice were monitored by a custom-built two-photon microscopy, and the spontaneous calcium signals and the pharmacological responses as well as the responses to femtosecond pulse laser stimulation were recorded. The results showed that the amplitude of the cal- cium signals increased in direct proportion to the corresponding electrical activities. Glutamate induced a calcium transient, but continuous application resulted in smaller response. Simultaneous monitoring of neuronal populations distinguished the neurons of different microcircuits. The femtosecond pulse laser induced local or global calcium signals in the pyramidal neurons. The approach of interrogation and control of neural activities using femtosecond pulse laser is non-contact, nondestructive, repeatable, and without any additional substrates, which will contribute to the development of neuroscience.  相似文献

 以小檗碱为原料,合成了小檗碱C-9位不同空间位阻取代的9-乙氧基小檗碱、9-异丙氧基小檗碱,通过MS、1 H NMR确认其结构。运用紫外可见吸收光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了化合物与CT DNA的结合作用。结果发现,小檗碱C-9位上的不同空间位阻会影响小檗碱衍生物与CT DNA的相互作用,随空间位阻增大结合强度减小,结合模式也发生了变化,初步证明了小檗碱类化合物可能是从环的C-8, 9, 10这一侧与DNA相互作用,用实验验证了Mazzini计算机模拟的结合模型。  相似文献

以N,O,O′-三(对甲苯磺酰基)-双(2-羟乙基)胺为起始物,经季铵化、Hoffmann消去,得到了含两个咪唑功能基的仿生配体1,1再经水解、亲核取代反应,合成了含两个咪唑功能基的仿生配体2;化合物1、2的结构经IR、1HNMR和MS谱证实.催化活性研究表明:pH=7时,配体2的Zn(II)配合物催化PNPP水解的表观速率常数是PNPP自身水解的3.004×103倍,其水解能很好地遵从一级反应的动力学行为.  相似文献

The binding of cations (Na +,K +,Mg 2+,Ca 2+,Mn 2+) and histones to DNA can be studied using fluorescence assays.Here,we measured the fluorescence intensity and fluorescence anisotropy of DNA and DNA-histone complexes in the presence of cations.We demonstrate that when different cations are added into a DNA solution,the fluorescence intensities of the stained DNA are reduced by different amounts.Compared with divalent cations,monovalent cations had a weaker effect on fluorescence intensity and fluorescence anisotropy.Divalent (Mn 2+,Mg 2+,Ca 2+) cations markedly enhanced the fluorescence anisotropy of DNA.The binding modes of monovalent and divalent cations to DNA may be different.Divalent cations can change the structure of DNA molecules,or promote the assembly of DNA strands.The addition of histones causes DNA condensation,which mostly occurs during the first few seconds.Cation binding to DNA is abrupt,and is much faster than that of histones.  相似文献
