天时 地利 人和——百色起义成功是历史发展的必然

百色起义是继南昌起义、秋收起义、广州起义之后中国共产党领导的一次著名的起义,它开辟了右江革命根据地。具备“天时地利人和”的优势是百色起义成功的原因。“天时地利人和”包括当时特殊的历史条件、百色独特的地理环境、共产党的正确领导、右江地区群众的拥护等因素。     

论百色起义的社会基础及其胜利的原因

在南昌起义、秋收起义,广州起义的影响和推动下,一九二九年十二月十一日,爆发了百色起义。百色起义是广西右江地区各族人民在党的领导下用暴力革命推翻国民党反动统治的一次尝试。它高举了马列主义武装斗争的旗帜,以武装的革命反对武装的反革命,对鼓舞革命人民的斗志和挫败反动派的嚣张气焰起了重要作用。它锻炼和考验了党员和干部,唤起了人民的觉醒,动摇了广西反动统治的基础,对广西革命以至中国革命具有深远的影响,它将同我党领导的其他起义一样,在党的历史上有着不可磨灭的功绩,将永远放射出灿烂的光辉。     

百色起义和龙州起义的历史特点——纪念百色、龙州起义60周年

今年(1988年)12月11日和明年(1990年)2月1日,是百色起义和龙州起义的60周年。60年前,在南昌起义、秋收起义和广州起义的影响和推动下,爆发了著名的百色起义和龙州起义。这两次起义点燃了广西革命的星火,开辟了广西工农武装割据的新局面,是我党邓小平、张云逸等同志从广西实际出发,灵活运用革命统一战线政策和正确实行党的民族政策的结果。起义的胜利,沉重的打击了帝国主义、封建主义和反动军阀在广西的统治,丰富和发展了毛泽东的农村包围城市、武装夺取政权的思想,为在全国燃起的“工农武装割据”的星星之火,提供了新的经验和贡献。这两次起义在与“三大起义”相比较中,具有自己如下显著的特点。

为了改进和完善干部考核机制，应该做到：一要规范考核内容，要反“三个代表”重要思想、“八坚持、八反对”和“公民道德规范”作为衡量干部很重要的一面镜子、一把尺子；不仅要从四个方面考核干部勤政，更要从“创新”性考核其政绩。二要拓宽考核渠道，更新考核手段：把考核的内容、形式和方法结合起来，力求考核结果的标准化和量化；定期考核同平时考核（即了解其生活圈、社交圈）结合起来；建立考核失察责任追究制。三在考核过程中要处理好领导能力与专业技术能力、干部共性与个性、工作实绩与社会效果、横向比较与纵向比较等四种关系。     

改革开放30年：我国三次思想大解放的比较研究

改革开放以来，我国经历了三次思想大解放：第一次围绕“真理标准问题”展开；第二次围绕姓“社”姓“资”、姓“公”姓“私”问题展开；第三次围绕“树立和落实科学发展观”展开。三次思想大解放厉一脉相承，因而具有很多相同或相似之处；又各有侧重，并呈现出不同的特点。通过对三次思想大解放的比较研究，积极探索第三次思想大解放的着重点、目标指向和具体要求，对于切实贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要意义。     

百色起义遵纪守法精神与大学生遵纪守法教育

遵纪守法教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容。大学生通过学习和弘扬百色起义期间革命军民普及法纪教育、自觉遵守法纪、严格执行法纪等优良传统，把百色起义遵纪守法精神与道德修养相结合，自觉增强公德意识；与法纪学习相结合，自觉积累法纪知识；与日常行为相结合，自觉提高法律素养；与社会实践相结合，自觉培养社会责任感。     

新形势下加强高校干部理论教育的识与行

“三讲”首先是“讲学习”。讲学习，理论学习和理论教育尤为重要，而在干部理论教育中，高校有着特殊的重要的地位。高校是输送人才的重要基地，有着得天独厚的优势。咸宁师专党委利用党校培训干部，校内校外联合办班，走出去请进来充实教学内容等方面对高校加强干部理论教育作了一些探索。今后，一是要继续大力加强党员干部的理论信念教育；二是要大力推行党政干部“双肩挑”，即从事管理工作兼做理论研究，以进一步提高干部素质；

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
