生成对抗网络在图像翻译领域有着非常出色的表现,它可以将源域风格的图像翻译成目标域风格的图像.针对图像翻译生成的图像受噪声干扰严重、轮廓模糊、图像质量较低等问题,提出了一种基于改进CycleGAN的图像翻译方法.以源域风格下的无人机图像举例,在CycleGAN网络结构的基础上,在其生成器中引入自注意力模块,提升网络对中心像素的特征提取能力;用带惩罚项的EM距离替代JS距离,缓解不易收敛的难题.实验结果证明,改进模型成功生成了更高质量的无人机图像.  相似文献

潜变量空间解耦是深度生成领域一个越来越热门的研究方向。对数据潜变量空间进行解耦带来最直观的好处是在生成数据时能选择性地调整数据的不同属性,实现更可控的数据生成。本文专注于潜变量空间解耦,提出一种能够进一步提高解耦任务度量指标的重要方法。本文方法基于变分自动编码器,在编码器阶段运用了自注意力机制和残差网络,使模型更有效地捕捉长期依赖关系,增强模型的维度适应性。在训练阶段,提出一种更好地驱使潜变量空间编码维度与属性值趋向单调关系的新颖损失函数。它更好地调节损失函数所处区间范围,更易于优化。该模型使潜在空间拥有较好的解耦程度和可解释性,有效地操纵生成图像的数据属性。实验结果表明,本文模型和方法在图像的潜变量空间解耦生成上优于目前许多先进方法,且具有更为轻量级的网络架构。  相似文献

基于变分自编码器的协同推荐算法可以帮助解决推荐算法中的稀疏性问题,但是由于变分自编码器模型先验是单一的高斯分布,使得表达趋向简单和平均,存在拟合不足的问题.高斯混合变分自编码器模型拥有更加复杂的先验,相对于原本的变分自编码器模型,它对于非线性的任务有着更强的适应性和效果,已被广泛应用于无监督聚类和半监督学习.受此启发,本文研究基于高斯混合变分自编码器模型的协同过滤算法.本文基于Cornac推荐系统比较框架设计实验,将高斯混合变分自编码器改进后用于协同推荐任务中,利用生成模型重新生成的用户-物品矩阵进行推荐.在推理模型和生成模型中分别用一层隐藏层提取深层特征增加模型鲁棒性,并且使用提前停止的训练策略以减少过拟合.本文在多组公开数据集上进行实验,与其他推荐算法在NDCG和召回率指标上进行对比.实验证明,改进的基于高斯混合变分自编码器模型的协同过滤算法在推荐任务中表现优异.  相似文献

本研究针对现有方法在实现风格迁移任务时只能提取图像特征的低阶统计量这一问题,考虑将风格迁移过程建模为一个特征分布匹配过程,提出了一个基于Wasserstein距离的判别器网络并以此定义了一个风格损失函数,Wasserstein判别器能够更好地拟合特征分布之间的Wasserstein距离,定义的风格损失也能够更好地区分图像特征的高阶统计信息之间的差异。同时,为了达到实时生成的效果,引入一个基于编码器-解码器结构和一个基于注意力机制的风格迁移转换模块作为生成网络,该生成网络能够有效融合原始图像特征并生成。具体而言,通过在计算损失模块的卷积层(CNN)后面添加Wasserstein判别器来计算风格损失,然后将风格损失与传统方法中计算为均方误差的内容损失一起监督生成网络的训练,在网络训练结束后,可以输入任意图像进行风格迁移测试。最后,在基准MSCOCO和WikiArt数据集上训练网络并测试结果,定性实验和定量实验结果表明,与现有方法相比,所提出的方法可以实现实时风格迁移,并且生成高质量风格化效果。  相似文献

在频域操作的联合盲源分离算法可以有效解决频点间的内部排序问题,然而对于输出通道的排序,即全局排序,现有的基于频域的联合盲源分离算法仍无法有效确定.使用基于变分自编码器的声源模型,通过预先指定从注册语料中获得的各话者编码向量的排列顺序来调控分离后输出通道的顺序.该方法使用带有实例归一化和自适应实例归一化层的变分自编码器来确保这一排序方式的有效性.此外,为了减少频域上联合盲源分离算法可能出现的块排序问题,提出使用人为构造的两类含噪信号对变分自编码器中的解码器网络单独进行降噪训练的方案.利用实际录制的房间冲激响应的仿真结果表明,该方案可以在保证算法分离性能的同时,有效地按照预期的输出顺序调控输出通道.  相似文献

针对现有基于深度生成网络模型的人脸图像隐私保护方法无法提供可证明隐私保证、合成图像与原始图像保持语义一致性的问题,提出一种基于卷积神经网络的人脸图像隐私保护方法。该方法首先基于卷积自动编码器和差分隐私实现人脸图像的预训练,对原始人脸图像进行解耦和身份信息的差分隐私保护;然后利用卷积生成对抗网络合成伪图像代替原始图像发布,在保留原始人脸图像的关键特征的基础上,生成与原始图像的关键人脸属性高度匹配的伪图像。该方法可保证合成图像与原始图像语义一致性,并提供可证明的隐私保证。与现有的基于深度生成模型人脸图像隐私方法相比,所提出的方法达到了更好的隐私保护与数据可用性之间的优化权衡。  相似文献

提出一个新的情感回归半监督领域适应方法.首先使用长短期记忆网络(long short-term memory,LSTM)实现回归模型,其次使用变分自编码器(variational autoencoder,VAE)实现生成模型,最后联合学习LSTM回归模型和VAE生成模型,实现基于变分自编码器的情感回归半监督领域适应模型.实验结果表明,所提出的基于变分自编码器的情感回归半监督领域适应方法较其他基准方法能有效提高实验性能.  相似文献

针对新一代的视频编码标准HEVC(high efficient video coding),提出一种改进的精细可分级编码方案.该方案的基本层采用HEVC的编码器,提高了基本层的编码效率;通过统计编码单元的分割方式,自适应找到图像中的细节区域;采用选择增强技术,提高细节区域的图像质量.实验结果表明:编码方案能够精细匹配信道带宽的变化,且基本层与增强层相互独立,不会带来误差传递;利用HEVC编码单元的分割方式,可以自适应找到视频序列图像中的细节区域,对运动区域进行提升,视频图像的主观质量有了很大的改善.  相似文献

GAN生成图像质量评价是指对GAN生成的图像进行评价,判断生成图像的失真度是否影响观察者的信息获取和主观感受.目前,GAN生成图像质量评价算法较少且算法运行效率不高.该文提出一种基于近邻算法的生成图像质量评价(Near-Neighbor based Generated Image Quality Assessment, NN-GIQA)算法,实现对GAN生成图像的自动、客观、高效评价.首先,基于ANN算法获取生成图像的近邻构成相似图像候选池,缩小生成图像对比范围;然后,基于KNN算法在相似图像候选池中获取与生成图像最相似的K个真实图像得到生成图像质量分数;最后,评价多个经典GAN模型在多个经典数据集上获取的生成图像的质量.实验结果表明本文方法有效提高了GAN生成图像质量评价的效率和准确性,运行时间仅为其他方法的1/9~1/28,其评价结果和人类主观评价结果的一致性达到80%以上,符合人类视觉感知.  相似文献

图像风格迁移技术在社交网络、影视娱乐、辅助创作等方面具有广阔的应用前景.本文设计和实现了基于生成模型的图像风格迁移系统,该系统由一个风格迁移图像自动生成器和一个图像风格迁移质量自动评判器组成.风格迁移图像自动生成器采用深度残差网络实现,通过优化内容损失、风格损失和全变差损失实现高精度图像风格迁移;图像风格迁移质量自动评判器采用VGG19深度神经网络预训练模型实现.实验结果表明,该系统不仅最大程度保留原始图像内容,而且高效完成高精度风格迁移.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
