摘    要:主要探讨了在Cs-Pb-Br基三元体系全无机钙钛矿材料中稳定存在的3种不同化合物CsPbBr3、CsPb2Br5和Cs4PbBr6的光学性能,对材料的制备方法、结构特性以及发光机制研究进行了总结分析。其中CsPb2Br5和Cs4PbBr6能隙较大,却又存在优异的荧光特性。理论与实验结论的矛盾引起了较大的争议,期望未来能有更直接的实验数据确定材料的结构,从而得出Cs-Pb-Br基三元体系全无机钙钛矿材料的发光机制。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the optical properties of three different compounds CsPbBr3, CsPb2Br5and Cs4PbBr6,which exist stably in the whole inorganic perovskite materials in the Cs-Pb-Br ternary system. This study summarized and analyzed the preparation method, structural characteristics, and luminescence mechanism research. Among them, CsPb2Br5and Cs4PbBr6 have large energy gap, but also have excellent fluorescence characteristics, the contradiction between theory and experimental conclusion has caused great controversy. It is expected to have more direct experimental data to determine the structure of the material, so the luminescence mechanism of Cs-Pb-Br ternary inorganic perovskite materials will be discovered.
