| 摘 要： | 通过分析现阶段县区级政府网站建设中存在的资源浪费、缺乏共享、功能单一、缺乏安全等问题,提出采用统一部署、数据共享、功能整合、集中管理、规范发布的方法建设管理县区级政府网站群,并详细描述了集中统一政府网站群的结构与设计以及站群系统的开发实现。
