| 摘 要： | 业务流伴随着知识流,知识的流动促进了业务流程的改善和知识的增值.在分析了知识要素的基础上,给出了知识场景的概念以及一种知识流建模方法.该方法利用知识场景的动态变化描述知识的流动,为知识的有效管理提供技术手段.最后用一个例子说明该方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | Business flow goes with knowledge flow,which brings about business process improvement and knowledge increment.On the basis of analyzing knowledge factors,the concept of knowledge scenario and an approach to modeling knowledge flow are proposed.In this approach,knowledge flow is described by means of the dynamic change of knowledge scenarios,providing a vehicle for efficient management of knowledge.Finally,a case study is given to validate this approach. |
