摘    要:热处理过程是温度、组织转变和应力三方面相互作用的复杂过程,用HTCS技术可以真实、高效地反映热处理过程中各种变化的规律。随着HTCS技术的进一步发展和应用,热处理将摆脱凭经验和粗略定性估算进行生产的落后状态,向着精确预测和严格定量控制的方向发展。

Abstract:The heat treatment is a complex process in which temperature, phase transformation and stress interact on each other. Heat Treatment Computer Simulation (HTCS) can distinctly and efficiently reflect the regularity of variation in heat treating process. Along with its further developing and application promoting, it can be predicted that heat treatment finally will free from the backward state that production was depended on experiences and rough qualitative estimate and will take a leap forward to precisely prediction and strictly quantitative controlling.
