摘    要:为降低柴油机微粒排放,设计了高压放电电源和针阵列对板电晕放电发生器.该反应器电压为10 kV,直流电流在10 mA内可调,具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、放电产生简单、放电均匀强烈的特点.在4135 G型柴油机上对其运行工况、反应器的放电电流、排气在反应器中的停留时间等因素对有害排放物的去除效果进行了详细分析.试验结果表明,在柴油机大部分运行工况下,反应器对微粒的去除效率为50%~80%.

Abstract:A needle-matrix-to-plate corona discharge reactor was developed to reduce the particulates ernission in diesel engine. The power source of the reactor is with 10 kV and lOmA which is adjustable. The reactor was tested on 4135 G diesel engine in engine operating condition, the electrical current and the time of exhaust stayed in the reactor, which influence the removal efficiency were studied. The trapping efficiency of particulates in diesel engine is 50% -80% under the engine load range.
