分光光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根

摘    要:研究了一种简单快捷、选择性好、准确性高、精密度好的痕量亚硝酸根的光度分析法.该法基于在稀盐酸介质中甲基紫与亚硝酸根的亲电取代反应,于570nm处测定甲基紫吸光度的减少(△A).亚硝酸根的浓度在1~20μg/25mL,范围内与△A成线性关系.此方法选择性好、灵敏度高,可用于环境水样和土壤中亚硝酸根的测定.

Abstract:A higher sensitivity spectrophotometric method has been developed for deterdrination of trace amounts of NO-2 besed on the reaction of Methyl violet and NO-2 in diluent HCl, and the diminish of absorption of Methyl riolet ditermined at 570 nm. A linear relation between △A and concentration of NO-2 in the range of 1 to 20 μg/mL. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The metiod is used to determine NO-1 in surroundings water and siol.
