| 摘 要： | 用以太网接口取代RS232接口,将DNC通信模式提升至以太网的TCP/TP模式,可构造基于以太网的分布式数控集成系统。该系统为管理层和设计工艺层的接入信息提供网络化平台,可实时收集各数控机床的工作状态、加工对象、加工程序段、运动坐标、故障信息等,对运行数据进行统计和分析,实现计划和调度的网络化管理。

| Abstract: | The distributed CNC integrated system can be constructed by replacing RS232 interface with Ethernet interface in order to upgrade the system from DNC communicating mode to TCP/TP mode of Ethernet.The system provides a network platform for the connecting information of the management layer and design layer.It can collect the working state,manufacturing object,part manufacturing program,motion coordinate,fault information,et al.of all kinds of CNC machine tool in real time.Then it can make statistical investigation and analysis on the data and implement network management of plan and arrangement. |
