光化学法测定柠檬酸含量的研究

摘    要:采用光化学法定量测定柠檬酸的含量,即在pH=2.0、0.25 g/L的硝酸铁酸性体系中,在30 W紫外灯下相距10 cm进行光照时间15 min,使柠檬酸根与Fe3+-发生光化学反应,生成一种红紫色的配合物,通过测定样品在410 nm下的吸光度,再根据标准工作曲线的回归方程来计算柠檬酸的含量.该方法不仅方便快捷,而且对杂酸的抗干扰性好、准确度高.

Abstract:Rhodamine B as model wastewater is absorbed by sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid mixed acid-modified fly ash. The influences of decolorization rate such as the quantity of modified fly ash, the adsorption time, the temperature and Ph value of aqueous solution are studied. The results indicates that the optimal condition of modified fly ash is that the adsorption temperature is 60℃ ,the quantity of acid-modified fly ash is 0.19g,pH is 1.05,and the adsorption time is 40 min for model dye-printing wastewater for 2mg/L. The adsorption become easy and the decolorization rate is up to 98.74% when the modified fly ash is used.
