| 摘 要： | 利用化学分析,XRD,SEM,EDAX.OM等手段,对国内外两种高铝质耐火浇注料进行残样剖析和实验室模拟实验,得出PC窑用高铝质耐火浇注料损毁原因、损毁机理以及抗碱、硫、氯的能力;提出了提高抗侵蚀性能和改进高铝质高强度耐火浇注料生产工艺的措施。

| Abstract: | Two kinds of aluminous castables from abroad and home were investigated and simulation experiments were made in laboratory by means of chemical analysis, XRD, SED, EDAX and OM. The results showed the break cause and mechanism of aluminous castables used in PC kiln as well as the ability for alkali-, sulphur-and chlorine-resistance of them. The measures of increasing the properties of corrosion-resistance and of improving manufacture process of high-strength aluminous refractory castables were taken. |
