桂竹糖芥种子中脂肪油的GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对桂竹糖芥种子中的脂肪油进行测定,从中鉴定出15种高级脂肪酸并且对脂肪油的部分理化常数进行了测定。

Abstract:Fifteen fatty acids were isolated from the fats contained in the seed of Erysimum Cheiranthoides L.by a Gas chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS)and some physical and chemical constants of the fats were measured.
