动态电解机的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种废旧硬质合金再生处理用的动态电解机.该电解机具有电解、球磨同时进行的功能,解决了选择性电解法处理废旧硬质舍金存在的阳极钝化问题和低钴合金难于电解的问题.与常规方法比较。生产效率提高5倍以上,成本降低30%-50%,产品质量完全达到甚至超过常规产品的水平,可以满足粉末冶金生产的要求.

Abstract:A kind of dynamic electrolysis machine used in treating the waste hard alloy was introduced in this paper.This machine can be used to electrolyze and grind simultaneously.There was some existent problems in the previous methods,such as the anode was easy to passivate,low Co alloy was difficult to electrolyze,and so on.These problems had been solved by using the present method.Compared with the conventional methods,the production efficiency of the present method is increased by more than 5 times,the cost is reduced by 30%-50%.The quality of the product is better than the others,and can meet the requirements for the productions of powder metallurgy.
