| 摘 要： | 道德建设的基础是道德教育，国家公务员要形成正确的价值观念，就必须接受社会主义道德教育和掌握符合社会主义和谐社会要求的道德观念。社会主义和谐社会的国家公务员道德建设还需要全体国家公务员的配合，使国家公务员道德观念得到强制性实现，同时也需要以文化建设为依托提升国家公务员道德建设的品位。

If civil servants want to build the right concept of value, they must master moral values that conform to the requirement of harmonious society. Moral construction of civil servants needs the cooperation of civil servants so as to build the moral values compulsively. |
