| 摘 要： | 研究了１９８１￣１９９５年进行人类肿瘤异位移植的２８５０只ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ裸鼠，发现４例裸鼠自发瘤，发病率为０．１４％。病理学及免疫组化证实其中３例为Ｂ细胞生恶性淋巴瘤，病变主要累及全身淋巴结、脾脏、肝、肾和肺；１例为肛管高分化然状细胞瘤。该４例裸鼠所移植的人类肿瘤均未生长。本文讨论了裸鼠自发瘤的发病率、病理学类型和发生原因。

| Abstract: | Spontaneous tumors in 2850 nude mice for heterotransplantation of human tumors were studied by means of routine pathological and immunohistochemical methods. There wre 4 cases of spontaneous mouse tumors observed in nude mice xenografted human giant cell carcinoma of lung, and the incidence of spontaneous tumors was 0.14%. Among 4 spontaneous tumors, 3 non-Hodgkin malignant lymphomas were of B cell linkage, involving lymph nodes, spleens, livers, kidneys and lungs. One anal cancer was highly differentiated squamous carcinoma with invading to rectum. There were no tumor taken in those four nude mice with spontaneous tumors. Viral infection may contribute to the occurrence of the malignant lymphomas. |
