目标因子分析-光度法同时直接测定诺氟沙星维生素C氯霉素和甲硝唑配伍体系

摘    要:利用目标因子分析-紫外可见分光光度法对新药诺氟沙星注射液与氯霉素、维生素C、甲硝唑的配伍静滴液体系进行了同时定量分析,所含组分的回收率为93.0~108.1%.结果表明,配伍后各组分的紫外吸收光谱具有良好的加和性.还讨论了波长范围、波长间隔对测定结果的影响,并同人工种经网络法作了比较.

Abstract:The UV-Spectra of compatible systems consistins of Proloxacin injection, Metronidazole injection, Vitamin C injection and Chloramphenicol injection are measured. The concentrations of thedrugs in the comestible systems are determined successfully by means of target factor analysis. The results imply that each drug may keep independent and may also keep its own pharmacolosical characteristics in the compatible systems. The effects of the wavelength range and the selected sampling intervalon the results are discussed. Thirty-nine compatibel systems have been analysed satisfactorily. The results obtained are in good agreement with those by ANN method.
