贵金属与锡二元合金的热力学性质的计算

摘    要:运用Miedema理论计算了Cu-Sn,Ag-Sn,Au-Sn三个二元系统的整个成分范围的固态形成焓和液态合金混合焓以及金属间化合物的形成焓,并将计算结果同已有的实验结果进行了比较.结果表明,计算值与已有的实验结果符合得比较好.同时讨论了原子尺寸因素、电负性、电子轨道能量等对合金形成焓的影响.

Abstract:Miedema theory has been used to calculate the enthalpies of formation of solid alloys and the mixing ehthalpies of liquid alloys for Cu-Sn,Ag-Sn and Au-Sn systems in the whole concentration. The calculated results are compared with the experimental data available. The results indicate that the agreement for Au-Sn system is very well,however,the agreement for Cu-Sn,Ag-Sn systems is reasonable. The trend of enthalpies of formation is coincided with those of experiments. The affection on the enthalpies of formation aroused by factors,such as size factor and electronegativity,is also discussed.
