生产食药用菌的最佳培养基选择

摘    要:以兼有食用和药用价值的猴头菌、金针菇和白木耳为实验菌株,重点研究了摇瓶种子培养基和深层发酵培养基的最佳组合。在最佳深层发酵培养基中,猴头菌、金针菇、白木耳菌丝体转化率分别可达85.6%,83.4%,68.1%。

Abstract:Using the Hydnum erinaceus.day lily mashroom and tremella which combined the worth of edible and medical as the experimental fungi.the optimum combination of the seed culture medium and the submerged fermentation culture medium are studied mainly. The conversion rates of Hydnum erinaceus.day lily mashroom and tremella in the submerged fermentation culture medium are reached to 85. 6% ,83. 4% and 68. 1% respectively.
