| 摘 要： | ＳｌＮＰＶ多角体蛋白基因的开放读码框为７５０ｂｐ，编码２４９个氨基酸的蛋白质，是目前所发现的最长的多角体蛋白基因．ＳｌＮＰＶ多角体蛋白Ｍｒ＝２９２３６，其氨基酸序列与其它核多角体病毒的多角体蛋白氨基酸序列有高度同源性．

| Abstract: | The polyhedrin gene of Spodoptera litura nuclear polyhedrosis virus was identified With a coding sequence of 780 nucleotides,corresponding to a protein of 249 amino acid,the polyhedrin gene of Sl NPV is the longest polyhedrin gene known This gene codes for a putative protein with a relative molecular mass ( M r) of 29 236 and the predicted amino acid sequence shows high homology with the amino acid sequences of other NPVs |
