电熔AZS材料中各晶相的形貌学研究

摘    要:研究晶体的生长形态与形成该形态的物理化学条件,最终控制显微结构的形成,是材料科学的重要研究任务。本文研究了工业应用的电熔AZS材料中出现斜锆石晶相,刚玉斜锆石共晶体、斜锆石-莫来石共晶体的形貌。从凝固过程出发,运用界面结构理论及成分过冷等概念,对AZS材料中各晶相的形貌及其形成的物理化学条件关联起来进行了讨论。

Abstract:The commercial electrically melted AZS material is taken as objective of study in this paper. A morphological study is made on the crystal phases of baddeleyite, eutecticum of coruncum badde- leyite, and eutecticum of mullite-baddeleyite formed from AZS material. Start from the process of soli- dification and based on the theory of interface structure and the concept of constitutional supercooling, the relation between the microstructure of crystal phase and physicochemical conditions of crystal growth in AZS material is discussed.
