| 摘 要： | 民族自治地方城市化是我国城市化的重要组成部分。我国民族自治地方城市化水平相对滞后，原因之一是宪法和自治法没有赋予民族自治地方城市以自治地方的法律地位。宪法和自治法赋予民族自治地方城市以自治州、自治县同样的法律地位，是自治地方城市化的必由之路和必然选择。

An Argument of Law in Minority Autonomous Cities |

| Abstract: | The urbanization of minority autonomous region is an important component of the urbanization of the whole country. One of the reasons for the fact that the urbanization in minority regions dropping behind comparatively is that the constitution and the law fail to give these regions a proper legal position while this position is the only way and the best choice for the urbanization of minority autonomous region. |
