棉花枯萎病的解剖学研究

棉花枯萎病是棉花的一种重要病害。本文从植物解剖学研究其病菌入侵途径,病菌与各器官结构的关系。菌丝的入侵主要在苗期感染下胚轴及其根系,亦可见于子叶,在根、茎中菌丝主要定殖于最初形成的次生木质部。文中对被感染的各类细胞做了统计分析,认为不是因导管被菌丝或侵填体堵塞致病。

Study on Anatomy of Cotton with Fusarium Wilt

Fusarium wilt disease of cotton is one of the most serious diseases in cotton production. This paper aims to study the invasive ways of cotton fusarium wilt pathogen and the relationship between the mycelia and the structure of every organ of cotton by anatomy.The invasion of mycelia is mainly found in the hypocotyl and root, and it also happens in the cotyledon of seedling. The mycelia major in the initial formes the secondary xylem of stem and root. Statistical figures of different types of infective cells are analysed, which show that the wilt disease is not due to the mycelia or tylosis blocking the water transportation by vessel.
