| 摘 要： | 分析了完善的个人信用体系的构成要素，探讨了我国个人信用体系构建的影响因素，在此基础上提出了构建区域性个人信用体系的组织框架、建立个人信用评估指标体系、分步骤地采集个人信用信息、逐步实现区域性资信公司向全国性资信公司转变等具体策略。

| Abstract: | The paper first elaborates the structural elements for the perfection of the personal credit system, and then analyses the factors that affect the establishment of the personal credit system in China, on the basis of which the paper puts forward the concrete strategies of organizing a framework for the formation of regionally personal credit system, building up the assessment criterion system of the personal credit, collecting step by step the personal information and gradually realizing the diversion from regional credit company to the nation-wide credit corporation. |
