| 摘 要： | 将环境经济手段运用于解决城市垃圾问题，是今后的一个发展趋势。由于城市垃圾的种类繁多，环境经济手段的运用既需要“一揽子”计划，更需要“一事一议”式的策略。本文以城市垃圾的分类收集与收费、一次性餐盒的替代问题为案例，对环境经济手段在具体垃圾问题上的综合运用作尝试性分析。
