2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑对N80^#钢缓蚀行为的研究

摘    要:用稳态极化法和交流阻抗法研究了2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑对N80^#钢在含H2SO3酸性溶液中发生腐蚀时的缓蚀作用及其缓蚀机理.结果表明:2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑是一种以抑制阳极过程为主的缓蚀剂.其还原产物在N80^#钢表面的吸附阻止了腐蚀性的酸性溶液与钢表面的接触,从而起到缓蚀作用.

Abstract:The inhibition behavior and mechanism of 2,3,5 - Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride to N80^# steel were studied by means of stable polarization and a.c. impedance. The result shows that 2,3,5 -Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride inhibits the anodic process mainly, the absorption of its reductive production prevents steel surface from touching the acid solution.
