添加剂对锶永磁铁氧体的改性研究

摘    要:以锶永磁铁氧体YF28的预烧料为原料,采用工业生产工艺,分别制备不同添加剂的锶永磁铁氧体,并对其性能进行研究.结果表明,添加微米级CaCO3和SiO2的永磁铁氧体产品的剩磁和矫顽力分别为388 mT和241 kA/m,而添加纳米级CaCO3和SiO2的产品,其剩磁和矫顽力分别上升至397 mT和261 kA/m;在添加纳米级CaCO3和SiO2的基础上,再分别加入La2O3和Pr6O11添加剂,最大剩磁分别上升至414 mT和430 mT,但矫顽力分别下降至246 kA/m和241 kA/m.

Abstract:Permanent ferrite samples were prepared from YF28 pre-sintering materials doped with different additives with an industrial craft method and their magnetic properties were investigated.For the samples doped with CaCO3 and SiO2 in micro-size,the values of remanence(Br) and coercivity(Hcj) were found to be 388 mT and 241 kA/m,while those of the samples doped with the same additives in nano-size were increased to 397 mT and 261 kA/m.When the latter samples were further doped with La2O3 and Pr6O11,respectively,it was found that the values of Br were increased to 414 mT and 430 mT.However,the values of Hcj were decreased to 246 kA/m and 241 kA/m,respectively.These results were of great value to the production of permanent ferrite with high performance.
