| 摘 要： | 职业价值观是当代大学生价值观系统的重要构成部分.本研究通过对贵州在读大学生职业价值观的调查数据的实证分析,全面探讨了当代大学生职业价值观的主要特点和影响因素,进而就教育和引导当代大学生树立科学理性的职业价值观进行了专门的对策性探讨.

| Abstract: | Work values is an important component of contemporary undergraduates' values system.Through empirical analysis of the survey date of Guizhou undergraduates' work values,this research all-round explored the principal features and factors affecting contemporary undergraduates' work values,and then specially explored the countermeasures on how to educate and guide contemporary undergraduates to establish a scientific and rational work values. |
