| 摘 要： | 医学研究生教育是培养高素质医生的重要环节,但目前有些研究生,毕业后没有达到预期的目标.总结在明确规章制度,量化学习目标、改进教学方式、注重科研能力的培养等几个方面对神经外科研究生的带教工作进行改革探索,阐述如下.

| Abstract: | Medical postgraduate education is an important link in cultivating high-quality doctors,but there are some graduate students don＇t achieve the expected goal after graduation.The paper through summarizing the aspects such as clear rules and regulations,quantitative learning goals,improving teaching methods,paying attention to cultivation of scientific research ability and so on to carry out reform exploration,and elaborates as follows. |
