| 摘 要： | 目前国内也有不少学者对衍生金融工具进行了研究,主要是吸收国外金融工程学理论,运用大量数学模型,来对衍生金融工具的风险管理进行研究,侧重点在于分析具体的衍生工具的实际操作,偏重于技术分析。文章在汲取国外国内对衍生金融工具研究的基础上,从对衍生工具交易中的风险识别着手,研究了衍生金融工具风险的内部控制与外部监管,具有较强的理论意义和现实指导意义。
