| 摘 要： | 目的总结龟型分枝杆菌伤口感染的临床治疗经验.方法回顾性分析27例龟型分枝杆菌所致大规模伤口感染的治疗经过和治疗效果.结果在全身应用抗生素的基础上,结合外科手术的方法进行综合治疗.其中26例伤口感染较重者,常规外科换药不能愈合,在B超引导下行病灶清除术.27例龟型分枝杆菌伤口感染的患者全部治愈.结论对龟型分枝杆菌感染伤口采用全身药物治疗,并结合外科手术局部处理的综合治疗,取得满意疗效.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo sum up the experience of the therapy for wound infection caused by M.chelonae.MethodsThe treatment for 27 patients with wound infection of M.chelonae was analyzed respectively.ResultsCombining antibiotics systemically with surgical operation was selected for such wound infection. 26 patients that could not heal by common surgical dressing change were successfully cured by ultrasonically guided local lesion clearance. All the 27 patients recovered successfully by the comprehensive treatment.ConclusionThe comprehensive treatment of combining systemically drug use and surgical therapy for M.chelonae infected wound has satisfactory effect. |
